We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and were immediately rushed to pick our polish and to our seats. One of my daughters was told she could not have a spa pedi despite our reservations because the nail tech had another appointment. We didn't complain we just accepted it and moved on. Our appointment was on a Sunday and the following Saturday we were leaving for vacation. After just four days one of my toes lost the polish, not a chip, the entire toe. We are now 3 days into our vacation, 10 days since my pedicure and I have only one toe on my left foot that is holding the gel polish. Since it's gel, I cannot remove the remaining polish and do not have easy access to a salon where I am in Mexico and all of my shoes are some sort of open toe sandal. It looks ridiculous! I would not recommend this salon as they clearly prioritize quantity over quality.

The technician who appeared to be the owner used a nail drill on the skin around my nails -- not just once, but after I asked her at least four times to stop and be more careful. She could not remove the fake nails properly and on top of that, cut my real nails. Shr refused to look at my actual nail length, which was clearly visible if she'd let me turn my hand over. Instead she kept yanking my hand back and raising her voice at me. When I finally told her to stop the entire service, she demanded payment, and as I stood up to leave, she grabbed my purse (with my cards and ID inside) and refused to give it back while continuing to yell. A second employee was present and visibly uncomfortable with what was happening, but didn't intervene. When I tried to leave, the owner blocked the door, told me "let's call the cops," and continued to yell and also pulling at my fingers even after I explicitly told her not to touch me. I got out, ran to my car, and locked myself in -- shaken. She followed me outside, and her coworker photographed my license plate. I called the police myself. Officers took my side and warned her about her conduct. She tried to charge $25, well above the going rate for a fake nail removal, and I paid it just to close things out rather than take up more of the officers' time. If you value your safety or your belongings, avoid this salon entirely.
