I got my nails done here yesterday and everything seemed ok, but this morning I woke up to my baby pink nails turning orange. It almost looks like the color is burning, somehow - my guess is something wrong with the dryers? The staff was nice, but my manicure is ruined, so I won't be coming back here. read more

First time visiting today and I WILL BE BACK! I needed a leg waxing done & called at 10:10am on a Friday (generally a busy day/time for salons) and got an appt for 10:30! I arrived on time & was pulling out of the parking lot - done! - at 10:52. Unreal! The girl who did the waxing was SO quick and efficient! Horrible customer serviceno communication at all. He is rude and consistently gave irrelevant answers to the questions. When I got a pedicure services they were keep using same nest dead skin towel. It is so disgusting and smell like poo. Not that happy. I asked him, don't use to me but no answer and keep using...never go there again read more

I've been coming here for years, whenever I am in town to see my family. What a hidden gem! The regular pedicure includes a lovely massage, including hot towels and warm stones, and it is done with so much care that it last for ages. I wish they were in DC! read more

I had been a client since the salon opened under the original management. Grace and Michael were absolutely wonderful. I tried to continue going after the salon was sold to new owners and I lasted only a short period of time. The wonderful culture that existed under Grace and Michael was replaced with a culture that wasn't focused on the customer. read more

After reading some of the ridiculous comments on here I had to give my own input. I had been going to a different nail salon in Blue Bell for 10 years and one day decided to try Grace Nails. I am so happy I did because now I will never go anywhere else. I love this salon and have never had a bad experience here. The staff takes their time with your appointment, everyone is very professional and courteous, the salon is quiet and relaxing, and they really pay close attention to detail making sure your nails look perfect. They even provide a quick shoulder massage while your nails dry which is just perfect. You do pay a small premium but I believe it is worth it. read more

My fingers have never hurt from a manicure before. Instead of taking the hangnails off in conventional way, they took a nail filer over my skin to get them. Imagine, sandpaper back and forth on each of your fingers. I didn't realize what she was doing until half my fingers were burning and red. My one finger was even bleeding. My fingers still violently hurt ours later. It's sad because I have been here before, and haven't had a problem. They must be under new management, because there are no longer shoulder massages either. I won't be back. read more

Grace and Michael are lovely people running their salon with class, style and 'grace.' I have been going to Grace's since she opened and have never gone elsewhere. The poor reviews are inappropriate, rude and everything you would expect from anonymous on-line rants. Grace and her staff are the epitome of everything a relaxing nail salon should be. Keep in mind that while they are taking care of the customers with appointments [which I always do] people, sometimes groups of them walk in, expecting to be waited on immediately, for waxing, pedicures, manicures. Everyone is treated the same, politely and professionally. The salon is clean and regulars have their own designated boxes. Grace deserves 5 stars. Period. read more

I just tried to use two gift cards that each had $40.00 on them and was told they wouldn't honor them because they are new owners. The cards were three years old, but they had no expiration date on them. I said to the owner that the cards say Grace nails on them and your sign outside says Grace nails. She refused to do anything. Poor customer service. read more

This place is great. They always do a great job on my nails. They even gave me a box so that I have my own personal nail tools when I come in. It a relaxing environment but can get busy at times. No matter how busy they are they will always fit you in. read more

Love this place! The interior is starting to look a bit dated, but I am always treated with courtesy. The pedi includes a hot stone leg massage and a 10 minute back massage. It's a tucked away place in Broad Axe . . . I almost hate to review it, because I like keeping it a secret! read more

Although it says appointment only, they do take walk-ins and I've never had to wait more than five minutes. The prices are reasonable here and they do a good job. I especially love their Spa manicure! read more

Made an appointment a day in advance for my daughter and I to get pedicures at 6:15 pm. They advertise hours til 7:30 pm.Our pedicures were done in 28 minutes. People swept and cleaned around us. Every step of the pedicure felt cursory and rushed, the expereince was not relaxing. They didn't turn on the drying machine for my daughter, so she and I shared one to put our toes under. In spite of seeing us share no one(and there were several employees there) came to assist us. I won't return, not a good experience and there are too many other places to choose from equally convenient to home. read more

Grace and Michael are no longer involved in this salon. Grace did my nails for 7 years and she was excellent and ran her salon was professionally run. A couple of months ago, Grace was no longer at the salon. I made an appointment with Sue ( not sure if she is the new owner, but she sits at the first desk, the one Grace sat at), and tried the gel nail polish for my first time. It was supposed to last 2 weeks, but 2 days later, it was chipped. I called, was seen by Alexa and she redid my nails with gel polish and they lasted 2 weeks. Last week I decided to go back to acrylic nails, I called and made an appointment. It turned out it was with Sue. I asked for Alexa, and they kept saying she wasn't in the day I wanted. I tried to pin them down for what day she would be in, but they never gave me a straight answer.I received a call the day of my appointment and they weren't able to make the appointment time and tried to reschedule for an hour later. I wasn't able to reschedule for that time, so I made it for the next day. Sue put a new set of acrylics on my nails for $80. Within 36 hours I had 4 nails break off and 2 more crack. I called to get this fixed and Sue redid my nails. The fixed nails were uneven and 2 broke within 2 days and the ones that remain were filed crooked. The 4 times I have been there, I have never had the neck massage. Evidently, if you get a mani and sit under the dryer, you get one. If you spend $80 and don't need the dryer, you get nothing. Two of the times I've been there, Sue and the person who answers the phones and greets customers (and speaks very good English), have carried on lengthy conversations (20-30 minutes) in another language. It is very rude and I feel like I'm in the middle of a Seinfeld show. I don't know how good the other nail techs are, but I don't have the time or desire to find out. read more

This place is awful. I was here recently with 4 other bridesmaids and the bride. First the prices are outrageous. Second they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They charged $12 extra to use a specific nail polish. There is a sticky note above the OPI nail polish that has $18 written on it. Apparently that is how your supposed to know that you have to pay extra. So BEWARE if you want to use OPI nail polish, just go buy yourself a few bottles because that's what you'll get charged to use theirs. So after this extra cost confusion I decided not to leave a tip as I felt I had already been ripped off. As we waited for the bride to finish up her nails we felt like all the people working would talk then all turn around and stare at us. It was not until we were all leaving that we realized they were talking about us. These people felt that it was appropriate to come grab the mother of the bride as she walked out the door to tell her that they are working people and that she needed to tip them if we weren't. This was so extremely rude I couldn't believe it. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! read more
