Izzy the laser technician treated me for 6 hair removal sessions and a touch up. She was precise, detailed and efficient, never spending more than 30 minutes in an appointment but never leaving any area unaddressed or untreated. She always asked me to let her know if certain laser settings are too painful. She would increase the frequency with each visit to a tolerable extent which led to lasting hair removal. I felt comfortable having her work on all the sensitive areas. I barely have any hair growth in the treated area to this day! After I called several weeks in a row I finally got a call back saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I requested my records so that I could appeal with my insurance. They never sent them. After many calls later they told me they would charge me $1 per page for my records. To get the insurance to pay THEM!! So disappointing. Now I won't go back even if it gets covered. UPDATE: The day after this review was posted the Doctor posted for me to contact him. He immediately made sure I could get ALL of my records, spoke to his staff, and called me back to make sure they took care of everything.

The initial visit and 2 times for testing, and the last visit to get results of my condition and one of his assistant came out to see me and when I asked him about my heart monitor test result he noticed it was missing from my file, not uploaded to my chart , it was a heart monitor that I wore for 2 weeks. Therefore did not received a diagnosis. Dr. Tami did not even see me once. I was told that if my Tachycardia happened again to go to the emergency room. I paid my co payments, and they took my Insurance. Now I have to find another cardiologist to find out my condition. She promised me that I could go to Pembroke Pines in the future appointments and that all the test that doctor could order are done at Pembroke Pines. We went yesterday. We wait for two hours. The place looks dirty and no professional at all. The nurses didn't look professional at all. One of them eating cake in front of patients. After two hours a female doctor introduced herself and start the consultation. I complained about not being Dr. Luis Tami. She excused saying that he will come later if we want. She asked many questions and took notes of medications. Then we waited another hour. Finally, Dr. Tami came. He starts asking again about the list of medication. I told him that took 10 minutes for us to explain each one and that the nurse imputes the info on the computer. He refused to open the computer and ask we repeat everything. At that moment I was pretty upset about the whole experience. He recommends my father to perform an echo stress and another one that I don't remember now. We agree and when I ask to go to Pembroke Pines, he refused. I insisted to go to the other office, and He refused again saying that they have everything at the Hollywood location. When we were ready to arrange with the front office place and days, we noticed they just closed and the rest of staff just left.
