I also liked the fact Anthony didn't have any of those scam maintenance contracts that the bigger guys try to intimidate you into signing. If they try to pull that crap, run. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

The repair guy came to check it out and I was quoted 1,400 dollars.i questioned that price because it was in my opinion too high and they told me ok maybe around $800. I said thats better and set something up for the $800 dollar repair. They fully knew I was against the 1400 dollar and wanted the 800 one. Not being an ac repairman I I told them to go ahead and repair the compressor or condenser I was not sure which was which like I said I am not the repairman. They set up a date and came and did the work. Expecting an $800 bill they told me $1450. all along I said I wanted the $800 repair but they tried to chsrge me $1400, i asked to speak with the boss, Justin and he accused me off trying to run a game on him and he was very abusive all while on speaker phone in front of his employees.he said of I didn't pay the 1,450 he would take the unit out, all while yelling. I never received any written proposals and I challenge this company to produce one for September 19.. After he threatened to remove the new unit unless I paid up i said go ahead and didn't say another word. Thay removed the unit.
