Manufacturer states its Longs responsibility to fix unit but after 7 attempts they have left it in the same if not worse condition, recharged 5 times and continuously leaking, running and not making temperature. I called Rostron and was advised a technician would be there between 9 and 10 that morning. But, at 8:10 Evan called and said he would there in 10 minutes. He arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem with our older system. He spent some time working all aspects of the unit and discovered the problem was in the part of the system removing water from the humidifier. He was able to flush it and get us heat in a short amount of time. We were veery pleased with Evan's professionalism and dedication to correcting our problem. He was honest, responsive and caring even sharing with her his experience with the product she was purchasing. Frank spoke clearly and didn't use terminology that might confuse her. He honestly told her that he couldn't get the original product but that the one he was installing, which she would never notice was any different than the original product, actually cost less. He gave her the time for her questions and always returned phone calls.
