There are 10 tennis couts, with some floodlit. There are also 2 squash courts and a gym. They have a club house with excellent Thai caterers. Thai caterer is super nice, really cheap and is probably the best around this area. I think non members are allowed only when accompanied by the members into the pub. The pricing is quite reasonable though and I'm a pretty happy member here
Really narrow entrance for cars. I always on the residents bay in the street.

Swimmers are super friendly, and considerate. Helped me get comfortable when one lane was too slow for me, and the other a little fast. Food in snack bar is delicious, vegan options, and super friendly staff. Water is perfect temperature for me. I like warm water, this is not too warm, or too cold. You can get in without shivering, but it's not bath water. I'm going to spend a lot of time here! If you have kids there's a play room. Basketball, five a side football, tennis, huge work out rooms. Go see for yourself when in London. It's a 15 min taxi ride from Camden Market. Stephen

There are good changing facilities and a whole sports centre and library in the complex. The pool is also overlooked by the gym. This makes it more interesting swimming around as you can look at the various people in the cafe and gym. If you're a Camden Resident you have to take out club membership or you can have a one off swim for the usual price, something over £3. I get concessionary swim rates so it's free for me in the mornings. ou cannot dive as it's only 2 metres deep at the deep end, shallow end is quite deep too at about 1 metre, so not suitable for little kids. They do allow kids with floats in most times, and sometimes it's crowded if you are trying just to do laps. Showers are warm (I am talking about the ladies here but I believe its the same in the gents) and staff are polite. This is a big improvement on the pool there used to be, but unfortunately its' smaller There's a smaller pool which they can vary the depth of - this is usually used for little kids and classes like water aerobics. Very small kids like to play outside in the big water feature which is very shallow and just right for toddlers and tots. There is also a soft play on the site, in my opinoin pretty expensive at about 8 pounds
The fabulous pool. Great temperature, not too hot(I like warm water) not too cold ( won't get into cold water.)

Its a great space in the Middle of Maida Vale, which is highly utilised. DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB (this is about Notting Hill club)…read more Absolute disgrace to market this as a luxury gym. Their comms regarding their extensive renovation has been absolutely atrocious. They sent members an email about the renovations and the fact that essentially most of the facilities will not be available for months, FOUR DAYS before the works were due to start. FOUR DAYS. What a joke. When I inquired about my daughter's tennis classes, the manager who is supposed to be running them had no idea as allegedly she had found out about the renovations at the same time as members! I mean talk about complete lack of transparency. We were then told (weeks later) that tennis classes would continue on some revised schedules for some and told that classes would be free for all enrolled in January to compensate for the inconvenience. And when I say inconvenience I'm being polite - we're talking tennis classes in the middle of an actual building site and three chairs put out in the tennis court for parents to sit in (and if you arrive late - well tough luck, you just stand there for 40 minutes in the cold). Given the term has drawing to an end we inquired about re-enrolling for next term (because despite the subpar conditions my daughters love their tennis lesson with their teacher) and were told emails for re-enrollment would be sent soon. Anyway, they the communicate in late December that from January 13 until March all tennis courts will be closed (and basically all tennis classes cancelled). For the month where they had previously promised members tennis classes would be free to compensate. And to top it all off - you're still paying full membership prices even though you haven't been able to access a fully functional gym or the amenities for months on end. When we initially called the gym to complain regarding the tennis classes the person we spoke to had the audacity to tell me that if we wanted to book classes at other David Lloyd gyms it would be MY responsibility to call each gym and find out availability! I then sent a formal email complaint and subsequently spoke to the manager (who again reiterated she found out about the tennis courts closing at the same time as members) and asked why makeup classes in other David Lloyd gyms were not being offered and she said she would look into it but wasn't sure if any would be available. I got a holding response at the beginning of January but no one ever bothered to provide a response. One of the reasons the customer service is severely lacking is because management is not equipping their staff with enough information to tackle these sorts of complaints so there is almost no hope for improvement. A further update to the above, they announced that the tennis program would resume on March 10th and sent a priority booking email to members on February 19th. I sent an email on the same date to the tennis program manager (Mojca) to ask who would be teaching the classes. No response. Followed-up on the 24th. Still no response. Called the club on the 27th - Mojca isn't around and no one knows when she is in. Annabel (her manager) also not around. Sent emails to both on the 27th and 28th - no response. Called the club AGAIN on March 4 and got told neither of them was in. Basically 6 days before the program, they still don't know who the instructors wil be and are unable to provide members any sort of acceptable response. And no accountability taken by anyone - I've sent a formal complaint to the general manager Georgina, which given the track record of the staff and management here, will likely go ignored. Don't waste your money on this club. Terrible service and they won't let you cancel your membership.

I conducted a google search for gyms in the area, and Fit4less appeared. I called ahead to ask if the gym had a few key requirements. I was greeted by a very friendly women, who assured me they had everything i'd need. So i agreed to visit the location in Kilburn. The gym is quite big, and has everything you'd need to get in a good workout. It has a squat rack, a smith machine, a bench press, an incline and decline bench press, and tons of benches. It also has multiple cardio machines, ranging from treadmills to bikes, to ellipticals. They also have TRX bands set up for use. The bathrooms are small, yet clean. The only thing missing from the females change room is a full length mirror. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The only issue i have had is waiting for the squat rack. The price is the best part. Fit4Less is half the price of Fitness First, its opening hours are much better, and all in all, its a much better gym!
