This is a really good experience if you are looking for some serious personal relaxation time. The float tanks are spacious and tranquil. They have lots of amenities from different kinds of ear plugs, soap, hair products to wash your hair, a towel, a robe, and more. It is important to note that if you need to wear a swimcap, you must bring your own.

    Inside lobby - so clean!

I was so excited to finally be able to try out the sensory deprivation tanks at Infinity Float! It only cost us ~$80 because we were first time customers! Once we entered, we noticed the lobby looked just like the entrance to a fancy spa. Classical music flowed throughout the room, and the absence of other customers around us promoted the relaxing and mellow ambiance Infinity Float is trying to promote. We confirmed our appointment, and after a couple of minutes, the receptionist explained in detail on how to prepare for the float experience, any tips on what to do once we start floating in the tank, and how to operate the switches in the tanks. After showering away/placing the earplugs, I finally entered the tank. A whole hour in the tank, and I could feel the tension in my body melt away into the float tank. The water is heavily loaded with Epsom Salt, so it's very easy to float in here, won't wrinkle one's hands, and is quite smooth and silky. There are switches on the sides of the wall allowing people to use twinkly lights and/or music in case anyone is not ready/does not want to immerse themselves completely into sensory deprivation. However, if one wants to, he/she can completely turn off all the lights and music to be left alone in a chamber absent of sound and sight. It saddens me that a lot of people have had such a terrible experience due to being able to hear people outside, but I personally didn't hear any outside noise whilst staying in the chamber! I had a wonderful time in the float tank, and I'm glad I tried it out for the first time at Infinity Float!

Hands down the best massage I've ever had. "Why?" you ask…read more Buckle up. I ran in FLUSTERED. I was running late from work. Lukkana greeted me and told me to catch my breath. She set me up with some calming tea and brought me to a private changing area with a locker for my belongings. Everyone in the vicinity checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I was worried that because I had arrived late, I would eat up some of my massage time. No siree! They moved my massage to start when I was ready to begin. I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? WELL - Lukkana made me feel immensely relaxed WHILE ALSO really working the tissue. What a novelty. She finished up with a scalp massage, which is truly the way to my heart. 11 out of 10. Would recommend. Thank you so much for making my day.

Fifteen minutes into our 90-minute couples deep tissue massage, I saw my husband's therapist, Lydia, typing on a lit smartphone while leaning over him. When she realized I saw her, she hid the phone under the sheets. There is no version of this that is acceptable. Texting during a paid massage is blatant misconduct. It didn't stop there. My husband repeatedly asked her to focus on his neck and shoulders and avoid his feet. His requests were ignored. The technique was lazy and mechanical - repetitive forearm circling with little to no pressure, despite requesting deep tissue. He left feeling like he didn't receive a massage at all. When we raised the issue, the owner acknowledged the behavior was "unacceptable" yet offered only a 25% discount - as if actively texting during a massage, ignoring repeated client requests, and delivering a substandard service were minor inconveniences. This wasn't just a bad massage. It was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We will not be returning.

We called the spa on the way there, and they told us that we will be responsible for paying a no show fee of over $500. (A price double the amount of our selected treatments). The people manning the front desk were unapologetic about our emergency situation. Not only did we have to deal with the FDNY, a traffic situation which our car presented, angry commuters, and a hefty tow price, we were charged for a service that was not provided due to an emergency situation. The manager on duty, was much more professional than the initial associate who responded. While, we understand we were no shows, we were dealing with an unforseen situation. I am so disappointed at Oasis-we used to take our Mother there for many years. The lack of human understanding towards people who are literally dealing with an emergency is so disappointing after having been customers of Oasis for so many years.

It wasn't horrible. My masseuse started my massage and I wasn't quite sure what she was doing. She was moving so quickly up and down my back....I couldn't relax...She started with my back...and I thought.. this isn't great...but it got somewhat better when I flipped over...I just kept thinking "this person isn't very good"...and then it turned from not great to what the hell...the ending foot massage pulled every ounce of relaxation out of my body and then I was just annoyed...her nails were digging into my feet...I finally had to say something...I wanted to just snatch my foot away and storm out...but I held it together. Oasis was my tried and true and it has tumbled downhill fast! Needless to say...that was my last visit...prior to this visit...I thought Oasis kept their prices by keeping things the same...please make some changes and get some more talented staff or train the ones you have...there's too much competition to have to suffer through a massage! Waiting area very clean and comfortable, spa like music playing in the background. I came here before about 8 years or so, things looked a little different but for the better. Yuni was my masseuse. Very petite and polite woman but man is she strong! She lead me to our room in the basement (I read another review that said it was cold and dark, not sure if that was 49th St.). Room was very comfortable and music softly playing in the background (review said that music was pumped/loud). She stated with a dry massage, with the blanket, and went into the official oil massage. Yuni definitely knows what she is doing because I didn't need to tell her about my problem spots she hit them right away! I was surprised at her strength and she literally almost had me so relaxed, I could have drooled while on the table. She did full back, legs, hips and arms. She didn't have me flip over but I got exactly what I needed so I felt no way about that. When she was done, she thanked me and I proceeded to get dressed and be on my way. Paid cash and left tip with the cashier and left feeling so relaxed. Convinced that this will be a monthly occurrence for me as it is so close to work and cost effective. Great job Snowflakes!

We arrived a little before 1 and right away we were escorted downstairs into the spa section. For a Wednesday it was pretty dead and the only people that were there was just me and the bf. The couples package came with * 1 hour massage * 30 minutes private soaks with milk & honey scrub * 30 minutes in couples suite which includes jacuzzi tub & sauna Since it was my boyfriends birthday I requested rose petals like I had seen in the Yelp picture. I was a bit disappointed to see that it looked nothing like the picture and it was fake rose petals which I thought was weird. I'll give them an A for effort though although it looked nothing like the picture. The massage was amazing. She did a really great job. Most of my massages are pretty rough but she did a great job with light to medium pressure. I really liked the glass of champagne and the chocolate truffles.
