Lester Holstein has an unchecked temper and I never appreciated his practice because of this fact. Avoid this, "Professional," at all costs.

They were able to schedule me in quickly, and the staff are all very friendly. My visit with Dr Majithia was excellent. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say, and asked follow up questions often. He adjusted his approach and recommendations based on my responses. I really felt like he was getting to the important details. Thank you Dr! And thank you to your staff as well. See you soon.

Let me tell you about Dr. Rishi Majithia. The kind of doctor you wish you'd found years ago. After…read morea decade-plus slog through the labyrinth of Kaiser, where I was just another chart in a sea of bureaucracy, stumbling into his practice felt like discovering a tiny, unassuming bistro that somehow serves the best damn meal you've ever had. Dr. Majithia is young, sure, but don't let that fool you. The man's got the sharp, methodical mind of a seasoned diagnostician. The kind who actually listens, connects dots, and doesn't just throw pills at the wall to see what sticks. In a handful of visits, he pinpointed what Kaiser's assembly line had missed for years. No fanfare, no ego. Just quiet, relentless competence. His office? Cozy. Not the chrome-and-glass corporate monotony of the big chains, but a place where you're greeted by the two women who run the front desk like a well-oiled, welcoming machine. They remember your name, crack a joke to ease the wait, and actually cares whether you're comfortable. It's the kind of small-team efficiency that makes you realize most medical offices are run like DMVs by comparison. Yeah, the wait's a tad longer these days, but only because they're overhauling the system to actually keep track of you properly. And honestly? With those two handling the front lines, even the downtime feels less like purgatory and more like killing time at a friend's kitchen table. What seals the deal? Dr. Majithia treats you like a person. Not a symptom, not a co-pay, but a human being. Asks about your life, your job, your stress, the stuff that actually matters to your health. And his team? Same vibe. In a world where medicine feels increasingly like a vending machine, this whole crew is a handcrafted, slow-cooked antidote. If you're tired of being a number, walk in. Wait the extra ten minutes. Let them actually do their jobs. You'll leave wondering why in the world you didn't bail on corporate healthcare sooner. Final verdict: Michelin-star care in a fast-food world, with a front-of-house staff that actually puts the Care back in healthcare. (P.S. Verified his creds--board-certified in family med, trained at legit hospitals. No smoke, no mirrors. Just a damn good doctor and a team that backs him up.)

Avoid this place if you have any children that are special needs!!!! I was discriminated against…read morelaughed at what kind of adult woman laughs at children with special needs and then when you tell them not to laugh that it's not right they gas light you and deny laughing and tell you that you must be confused?! a woman was laughing about my children's special needs was telling me that I must be confused about whether or not I came into the office for an appointment thati had proof of even though I had a receipt and a prescription from the day that I took my kids in to be seen she was convinced I made it all up was laughing calling me confused that I never went and said there was no record of any appointment that I've been there in person. Which is so scary that they don't have information recorded from visits. Three phone calls later after getting proven wrong, she finally admitted that my child was seen just like I had been saying all along with no apology or remorse for her rude behavior. She refused to have our recorded phone calls reviewed by her manager even though I repeatedly requested it. This woman deserves Some type of disciplinary action disciplinary action needs to be taken she needs to be empathetic towards children with special needs. I've never felt so uncomfortable about a Doctors Office. I've never been treated with such disrespect as I was by the staff there. Danielle or whatever her name is shouldn't deal with the public! every month I have to play phone tag while I'm at work because nobody can ever directly answer a question or get on the phone with you. It's always will have them call you back I work Monday through Friday. The same hours at the office is open therefore they're calling me during work when I can't pick up the chances of them calling me during my half an hour lunch break are slim to none. I don't even have my phone at my desk. I'm not allowed to. I was told I need to come in every month. In person bring my twins in for his medication prescription that's 24 appointments a year??! and of course so they can collect a copay money hungry They said that they do not do refills nor can they do telemedicine visits over the phone for the adderall my twins have been taking for the past 5 years It has to be in person which is a huge inconvenience. I don't know any job in the world that allows you to take 24 days off a year so you could go to 2 doctors appointments every month I don't know anybody who has two special-needs children that could take 24 days off in a year to have 12 visits a year for each child. This woman had the audacity to say that she's never heard of people not being able to do 24 days off a year if it's for Doctors visits ?! She said legally any job has to be okay with you doing that?! Every time I go I have to be waiting even if I arrive early or on time but I can only imagine if I'm late I woulnt even be seen the staff automatically tries to speak to you in Spanish when I explained that I don't speak Spanish. I get eyes rolled at me because I'm white. Nothing ever gets resolved in a single phone call every month I have problems with this office and anytime something goes wrong. It's no one's fault and they say they're following protocol and I literally have to point out and repeat myself to five different people in hopes of getting something resolved only to have voicemails with no information being provided just to give a call back during their work hours, which are my work hours and you wait on hold before you could even speak to someone and that person just takes a message because no one's available to directly answer any of your questions that can actually help you. You just gotta hope that there's notes that they can read off to you and those notes are never gonna completely handle your problem. This Office needs to make things right if not for me for my special needs children.

Every-time I bring my 82 yr old mom in here they are all so nice, greet you with a warm hello and smiles! I know it's hard the job they have and the closer it gets to Friday I'm sure their patience are wearing thin. But not these ladies they still are as nice as Georgia pie and probably don't get the KUDOS they all deserve! I've had no issues with this office in 10 years and everytime I need something done it's done within minutes or the same day that is huge , most offices take at least 3 days to complete something. I just want them to all know that Tracey , Sharon's daughter appreciates them and all their hard work and dedication to making all the patients and the families feel amazing and cared for so HILDA, HEIDI, and Dr Singh need to give these girls a high five or a lunch on yall! They really do a great job and they are your first impression when a patient comes in and I know from experience most front office staff are either over worked or over it completely!!
