Sonya, her receptionist and medical assistant, has been employed there for many years. She has been so helpful when it comes to mapping appointments and getting referrals. It is a small office and practically a 2 woman show. If Sonya is unable to answer the phone, Dr. Sun answers the phone. Both are very helpful. Dr. Sun as a family practice doctor is very thorough. She takes her time. She is very soft-spoken, so for those with hearing problems, it is very difficult to understand her. I go to the appointments with my mom. I'm in the medical field. I understand her just fine. She is very polite and patient. She has referred my mom to wonderful specialists. She has taken care of my mom's health for many years and has done a fantastic job! Scheduling an appointment has been extremely challenging, often requiring a wait time of nearly a month. This delay makes it difficult to receive timely care. Additionally, my interactions with phone agents have been frustrating. On multiple occasions, representatives have come across as rude and argumentative rather than helpful or understanding. This has made an already stressful process even more difficult. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve patient communication, professionalism, and access to timely appointments.

Was told they will only talk to us on the phone and won't let him come in. So no tests run, no listening to chest or checking symptoms. They just prescribed antibiotics and lozenges. My husband is still super sick. We will go to urgent care this weekend. Oh and we've still never actually met or spoken to the doctor. It's always been the nurse practitioners.
