This review is for the front office staff here at the Upland location! AMAZING FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL KIND NICE SET OF WOMEN!! Every-time I bring my 82 yr old mom in here they are all so nice, greet you with a warm hello and smiles! I know it's hard the job they have and the closer it gets to Friday I'm sure their patience are wearing thin. But not these ladies they still are as nice as Georgia pie and probably don't get the KUDOS they all deserve! I've had no issues with this office in 10 years and everytime I need something done it's done within minutes or the same day that is huge , most offices take at least 3 days to complete something. I just want them to all know that Tracey , Sharon's daughter appreciates them and all their hard work and dedication to making all the patients and the families feel amazing and cared for so HILDA, HEIDI, and Dr Singh need to give these girls a high five or a lunch on yall! They really do a great job and they are your first impression when a patient comes in and I know from experience most front office staff are either over worked or over it completely!! This was my first time seeing Dr. Singh. The office staff were friendly and greeted me in a welcoming tone. The waiting lobby is clean and organized. Dr. Pilar Lee saw me first, and I went over my situation with her. She was nice and attentive. Dr. Singh was caring and I was able to feel comfortable talking to him about my situation. Dr Singh has been my PCP for 5 years now and I've only had great visits! They are very attentive and they listen without rushing. I've seen Heidi and Hilda, who I love and today I met Barbara at the Rancho office. Barbara was extremely helpful with my elderly mother in diagnosing her and informing me of her condition. The whole staff there is wonderful, even the girls that work in the office are awesome! Best medical office ever! read more

What kind of doctor/clinic won't see people "because they are sick"??? That's the whole point of having a doctor. We have been patients for 2+ years. Called to see if we could get a same day appt due to a bad cold. Was told they would call us back. No call back. Next day, called again. Was told they will only talk to us on the phone and won't let him come in. So no tests run, no listening to chest or checking symptoms. They just prescribed antibiotics and lozenges. My husband is still super sick. We will go to urgent care this weekend. Oh and we've still never actually met or spoken to the doctor. It's always been the nurse practitioners. I sense that this clinic just has a doctor in name but not in practice. read more

Nothing is ever going to be perfect in our private health care industry, so please understand, you will wait everywhere. However, this place has the best front desk/MA/office staff of any provider I've ever been to. They will actually call you back! They are efficient and kind. The PAs are busy, but all business and you can get your care and questions answered. I've been going to both offices for about two years, and I highly recommend. Dr. Ravinder Singh is extremely rude & disrespectful. I needed my stitches out 9 days after brain surgery. He made me wait 2 hours and 15 minutes then told me that other people's health issues were more serious. He then proceeded to tell me that my stitches weren't supposed to be out yet even though he had the message from my neurosurgeon at UCLA saying they needed to be removed. My sister in law ended up having to remove them because Dr. Singh is so incredibly incompetent. The office made constant mistakes I almost missed my brain surgery because they NEVER submitted the referrals for procedures and appointments without me having to call repeatedly to make sure they were doing their job. Ever since leaving this Drs office my quality of life has drastically improved. I would never wish this Dr on anyone. Made my life so incredibly difficult when I am dealing with tumors everywhere. I concur it was the best decision for ME. What you have done is a serious medical liability called ABANDONMENT. You have a malpractice issue by not following the legal standards for severance and now you have blocked me from access to the portal to fill my Rx, also a requirement. If you are allowing a staff member to write your replies here then it shines a brighter light on your ignorance . If a staff member is writing on your behalf, every word is still your responsibility and more evidence of your negligence. Now that my blinders are off and my ears are open to better quality physicians, it IS in my favor to have been severed as a patient. This is a great positive but your obligation to me isn't finished. Evidently I'm not the only person who doesn't admire you. And, BTW, your or your staff member's childish response simply proves my point. Thank you for forcing me to reach high. Med Board of CA is a friend in sifting out the bad from the good. I suggest you abide by ethics and the law rather than jeopardize my health and your career. read more

Just got home from my appointment with Heidi. I've never felt more heard than I did with her! I found Rancho Wellness through a Google search and wanted to take a shot when I didn't feel super comfortable or confident in my current doctor with a different facility. And I'm so happy I did. Making the appointment was quick and easy. The gal helping me make the appointment was incredible kind and found me an appointment in a week! When I arrived, I thankfully didn't have any paper work fill out as the staff sent out text messages to pre fill out my information (LOVE THIS!). She was also kind, didn't get her name however. The nurse who brought me back was also very kind and helped me feel comfortable. I often get a little anxious when it comes to medical appointments, but she was awesome and had great easy going personality. When I met with Heidi, she was wonderful! She was thorough in trying to pin point what exactly is going on with me. From a quick physical, my personal health and my family history. She listened to me and asked me further questions to better understand my concerns. There are not enough words how grateful I am to have met her and receive the help I need. After todays visit, I hope to continue to visit with Heidi and the rest of the staff at Rancho Wellness. Being comfortable is so important to me as I'm such an anxious person. Been coming here for over 20 years as Dr Singh is my primary Dr. He never misses a beat and is the most patient Dr I've ever seen. The portal is very easy to use for messages to the Dr and his response time is always quick (within 24 hours). Great staff, always there to help in anyway possible and they make you feel important. Recommended my wife to come here under Heidi Larson and she is very fond of her. Very efficient and kind. They actually take the time to listen and talk to you instead of rushing you in and out. I don't usually leave bad reviews but the staff here was very rude. I didn't even have the opportunity to visit the doctor. On my first visit I asked how much my co-payment was and they went on and explained to me that on my first visit it's $120 and then after that it's $60. Regardless Ive never had to pay that much for a check up, so I said I'd like to cancel my appointment. The front desk said okay, took my id and threw in front of me and pointed to the door. This office is hands down, across the board, all star service. Dr Singh's staff from the front office to his PAs are very knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Also the vibe in there is unmatched! Without getting to sentimental you can sence the kindness as you walk in. I'm sneekin up on 40 and work construction, to this day I feel like a kid walking into that office. The confidence knowing what ever ales me is going to be addressed and HANDLED 100% of the time as an adult, is similar to the 5 year old looking forword to a sucker. The system of getting a referral seems cumbersome and almost dysfunctional. I called for an appointment and was told to go to urgent care because the doctor does not work on Fridays and they were booked. Ok so I asked for a referral to see an orthopedic doctor. My husband has a comminuted fracture of the left clavicle with subclavian vein involvement. He should be seen by his doctor. I just feel like we've been left hanging. I can't get an answer after waiting for hours! I can't get an appointment with the orthopedic doc without that referral! read more

Dr Singh is a great guy and always willing to help. He's not my problem. His PA was over the top rude to me. I mean- RUDE! She snapped at me that she could not handle all my issues because " Look. I have ALL these patients I have to care of today. ALL OF THEM". I could not say a thing without her hissing at me and carrying on. The whole appointment was like this- sour, angry, uncaring and demeaning. It was - in a word... unacceptable. I work with doctors all the time and never in my life have I ever been treated this poorly. That was the absolute last time I walked in that office. I have great insurance too. It could have been so different. Sadly I don't think she was just having a bad day. I waited for her one time for at least extra twenty minutes as I watched her discuss Christmas ornaments with a street vendor. I would say she thinks she's pretty comfortable there. I went with another recommendation for a different Primary Care doctor and I couldn't be happier. He treats me with respect and we are great friends. Your Primary Care doctor should not be a place that gives you anxiety- it should be a healing place. I found that place outside of this office. read more

But a warning the receptionists are often rude. I got major attitude for requesting paperwork when I had already set up a lab appointment. When I called at 8 am and said my lab was at 3 pm, I was told with a sigh, "I can try and get it ready for you." When she called back 2.5 hours later and I was thanking her for expediting it, she hung up while I was talking to her. Too bad because Dr Singh is great. I've been coming to dr Singh for years now and he truly is patient, kind and understanding. He tries his best to explain everything he's diagnosing and always able to answer questions if need be. You have to be able to understand he's extremely busy but who wouldn't be since he is the absolute best!!! He's not usually in a rush he really tries to focus on you when he's in the room with you and if he is crazy busy at the time he'll apologize and explain. It's so bittersweet to write this review because I don't want him to get too busy he can't see me lol. I know it's selfish but once you experience his patient care I promise you'll understand what I am talking about! He is one of a kind and i hope you all get to appreciate him as I do. I've also had other providers here which are still very attentive and helpful. My dr has been dr Singh since I started so I like to keep it that way unless he's out of the office and I need to be seen right away. No real complaints on any other PA they're all trained by him so you're in good hands! The front staff is usually always polite and willing to help you. They're also really busy but yet they make sure to give everyone their undivided attention. Nubia has helped me a million times hence why I know her name lol, she's probably over me by now but she's seriously the kindest and understanding in the front. I can be a bit of a pest but yet she never flinches and I promise I don't take that for granted! Co pays are what sometimes fall on the waist side because if i call in to be seen they don't tell me I have a past due balance or I'll have a co pay till I get there but that's only bad because if I run in I leave my wallet, but other than that they still work with you! Dr. Singh has been my doctor for at least ten years and I have referred a number of people to him. When a person is sick they need to see a doctor NOW. Other doctors typically (I know this from my experience and talking to many other people) will give you an appointment in a week or tell you to go to the emergency room. Dr. Singh or one of his associates will usually see you the same day, and you won't have to sit there for two hours waiting to get in. Excellent, friendly staff. My wife sees Dr. Santa Cruz at the Rancho office and has had the same positive experiences. read more
