During that time, no one came in to provide any updates or explain the delay. When I finally asked the nurse what was going on, I was told I was "next," but by then I had already decided to leave and cancel my appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but better communication would have made a big difference. Sadly, because of this experience, I will not be returning.

This clinic no longer would send out orders to Labcorp and wanted me to use theirs. The "free" labs covered by my insurance now would become outrageously expensive using their guys. I had Dr. Pao come and evaluate my immunocompromised brother who had a stomach bug. My brother had…read morenot been able to keep anything down for a day and I didn't want to take the risk to take him to an urgent care full of germs and have him get COVID on top of his current medical issues. Dr. Pao was able to come the same day I called her. She wore full protective equipment. She was able to make a diagnosis right away and gave my brother an injection to stop the vomiting. My brother felt better right away however Dr. Pao still sent a prescription to our pharmacy for an anti-nausea medication in case his symptoms returned. Dr. Pao was very attentive, took her time, answered all our questions and gave us clear instructions. She even called us back the next day to make sure that my brother was feeling better. All her medical equipments were clean that already put me at ease getting medical care from her. She had very good bedside manner, she courteously listened to all our concern, she thoroughly examined the patient and explained us in simple language that we can easily understand. I get to know her language proficiency in English, Mandarin, French and Spanish. She provided us some handouts for diet that actually helped the patient's blood pressure, sugar control and cholesterol etc. She also advised us to do regular exercises and educated us on how the physical activities can improve cardiovascular benefits. Dr Pao is like our live saver during this COVID. It's like we have urgent care visit in our home. Also she is like a secondary primary care when our doctors are unable to reach or unable to make an appointment. Needless to mention she also guided us like a wellness doctor. I can't put into a special word that can describe how grateful I am to get to know Dr Pao as our go-to physician. We had several visits with Dr Pao and all the experiences were phenomenal. While i was going through the insurance list and I notice Dr Howard's office is literally walking distance from my home. I called the office, i notice this office has great setup. On-boarding form all digitalized and i have the same experience when i visited the office. They picked a not so obvious location and remodeled their interior. The clinic interior is all bright and friendly. Since forms are digitalized, my intake process was so smooth and easy. Dr Howard is just how i imagined, nice, friendly, professional and helpful 5 stars
