Dr Kastoon is a great doc. His staff absolutely terrible!!!! Each of them have a terrible attitude. Everything seems like you're hassling them. Been waiting on a prior authorization now for 4 months. Good luck getting them to answer the phone and even more so when you leave a voicemail for a call back. I would in no way recommend this office for your care. read more

Because of Dr Saad I am alive today. I went to him because my neck was looking like I was growing an Adam's apple and I had had a thyroidectomy twelve years prior. He quickly did the scans and tests and quickly hooked me up with a surgeon. I had been growing an ectopic thyroid and between that, my parathyroid and a bunch of lymph nodes I was in trouble. Dr Saad has been active in getting me calcium treatment to support my levels because they have been critically low. YES I would recommend him. And his office staff are really wonderful as well. read more

I left this doctor. Yep! I'm talking about Dr. Bashar.. he treats his patients like cattle! The staff doesn't answer the phones. The doctor storms in your room. He's very brash and doesn't listen to you. He brings in a student doctor to come in the room and you are treated like a study guide specimen. That is something he should not have done! You should ask the patient first! After the visit he walks out of the room and talks really loud about your medication and medical requirements to the front desk and people in the waiting room can hear everything!! You walk out and the people in the waiting room will know it's you he's talking about. He startled me when he came in the room instead of knocking on the door before walking in. He made me lay down on my back to take my blood pressure. He said my pressure was high... well you go figure... you had me waiting a long time and just bust in the room! He increased my dosage and it made me lethargic.. the med was too strong. I now go to a female internal medicine doctor. I will never return to Dr. Bashar. He has no bed side manners, no patience to listen to his patients and he cuts you off! He certainly has no professionalism when guarding patients privacy. read more

Horrible experience! I had problems with my thyroid and when I tried to reach reception or try to reach them for an appointment they never answer. And they still billed me for an appointment I tried to cancel various times. Save your money and go to a Dr office that would actually take care of you and value your time and money. read more

Dr Saad is an amazing doctor with great bed side manner and a wealth of knowledge and experience. However, his office staff receives a negative star if possible. I have been trying get me prescription refilled for over two weeks. My pharmacy and myself have left multiple messages asking to have the prescription refilled. No response or answer has been the norm. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone to talk with. It is very frustrating when the office staff receives such a negative review when the doctor is excellent. read more

The only reason I'm giving this business any starts is because Dr. Saad is an amazing dr. This clinic would be great if he hired a new front staff, because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of them. I've called numerous times in the past months. I've left voicemails in which nobody has returned. Now to the point where there voicemail is full and still no luck getting thru. I'm very disappointed because I do not want to switch doctors, however I'm left with no choice. I waited well over a month for an appointment to this office. Not only that, I had to call and schedule it myself even though they received a referral weeks before I called! I arrived on the date I was told and at the time I was scheduled (Friday @8:15am) and found a sign on the door stating on Fridays they're only open from 2-5PM. I called and the lady I spoke to was very nice, however she claimed at first that there was no referral for me, then that there was no patient record, and finally that I was scheduled earlier in the month and that I missed it. I know for a fact I was told the date I showed up because I threw the biggest fit about having my appointment out so far and repeatedly asked the woman who initially scheduled me if there wasn't anything sooner, that X date is way too far away and I needed to be seen ASAP to get things moving. I let that go and rescheduled to their earliest appointment the following week. I just got off the phone with someone there who informed me that the Dr won't be in tomorrow and that I need to reschedule again. Completely ridiculous!!! Unprofessional!!! I hope this office realizes that many many many!! of my needed procedures are pending on an appointment with an Endocrinologist! This is not a game! I called and asked for my insurance send me somewhere else. read more
