She then hands me paperwork to sign and tells me I owe like fourteen dollars and change. I asked why and she says"it's your copay", I then say not possible because my insurance doesn't have a copay. She then proceeds to tell me that my policy is 90/10 and I owe $14. All the while she had a nasty look on her face and was rolling her eyes. I explained to her that I had reached my out of pocket max for the year so, I shouldn't owe anything. Again, she rolls her eyes and tells me she has to re-verify. A few minutes later she emerges with the same nasty look and eye rolling and hands me the machine. Finally, she asked if I knew how to operate it and I said no so, she proceeded to show me. Since I was fed up with her, I decided I'd just read the instructions. I WILL NEVER USE THIS MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY AGAIN!!
