When those fundamentals are absent, owners--not tenants--ultimately bear the cost. Price does not compensate for poor management. Even if this service were free, I would not recommend it to a commercial property owner who values risk management, tenant stability, and professional oversight.

They do everything they can to push you to (what feels like) an AI chatbot in their app. Trying to find and connect by phone was a nightmare. And, when I did, the agent wanted me to take a million photos; flip a circuit breaker; and basically be the on-site maintenance person before she would call and send someone out. It was infuriating. On the plus side, the maintenance person was a great and was determined to get us up and running no matter what! I have stayed in dozens of short-term rentals. I own a short-term rental in Colorado. I would NEVER stay in another place managed by Renjoy or consider them as managers of my property.
