I stopped by their shop in White Oak and asked if they would make a house call to diagnose and fix whatever my issue was. They arrived early next day, diagnosed it as a shot converter, ordered a replacement out of Dallas, and showed up next day to replace it and solve my problem. Now that's what I call great service. Needed a refrigerator repaired. When he showed up I thought he was running a diagnostic of the…read morefridge but come to find out he never did, he just started pulling and "replacing"parts he thought could have been the problem. He even replaced the Thermistor with a used one. Needless to say the fridge didn't work. Called the next day to in form him and he returned a few days later with a new Thermistor. The fridge still did not work. So after $700 for parts and labor I get this response from him when I told him the fridge is still not working. "I hate hearing that. It has to be the cooling unit. The better option at this point is by a residential refrigerator to replace the one you have. The Dometic 1350 model you have is very expensive JUNK. " now he no longer responds to phone calls or text from me. Ever feel ripped off? Since you admit to misdiagnosing the issue, shouldn't you make it right with me instead of taking $700 and running? Also if you had came when you said you would, you wouldn't of had to wait.

We bought a new RV in July 2025 (in MT). We have had several problems with it, but most notably…read morethe heater and the battery charger stopped working. We called their RVFix line and were told it would be $190 to schedule the tech to come out (we don't live close enough to a dealer to truck it in). After paying that fee and waiting forever, with repeated calls and emails, a tech FINALLY came out and fixed our problems. He told us that we did NOT have to pay the $190 fee as his services are covered under warranty and he bills the manufacturer for his services. He is an independent contractor and they were simply getting some money back for what THEY were going to be charged. I was unimpressed with Bish's even before this but this really was the icing on the cake. My advice, maybe contact the manufacturer and get the name of an independent serviceman if still under warranty.

It took two months to order a new one and have it installed. When it was installed there was damage to our wall, counter and floor. We scheduled another appointment to have that repaired. We live over an hour away from Bish's. When we went to pick up our RV we were told everything was completed. I have learned to physically inspect before leaving the service department. Upon inspection we discovered the counter top was not replaced. I spoke with the service manager and he said they had an internal communication problem. We waited as they finished the job. When we returned to our campsite we awoke to a flooded kitchen due to the faucets not being properly tightened after counter top installation. What a mess! We have had nothing but poor repairs and very little customer satisfaction! They do not clean up after the repairs. We have found grease on our walls, garbage on our floors and random extra parts lying around our RV when we go to pick up our RV. They love to take your money when you purchase an RV, but give you very poor service if there is a problem with your RV. Don't buy at Bish's!! We are now Camping World Customers.
