I was charged $69 (like the last tier) for a basic trim, which felt steep given how quick and straightforward the service was (no shampoo, no blowdry, dry cut) especially with tip added on top. While I understand salon services can be expensive, this particular haircut didn't feel worth the cost to me. She walked me through the steps of both tinting and waxing and made me feel comfortable, and made sure that I loved the end result. The esthetician that provided my Brazilian service was Leila. She was AMAZING! I was a little sweaty from getting a little nervous because it was a while since I had my last wax, in addition to the sweat pants (that made it no better) but she reassured me that we would get through the service. She took her time and didn't rush. She was gentle and kept me distracted from anticipating every strip. I genuinely enjoyed my service today and would highly recommend European Wax. I then called and spoke to the manager who said she was processing it and i would get a refund and that the Waxpass would be canceled. A week later i just got billed for the next quarter, and no refund has shown up. I've contacted corporate twice and am waiting to hear back from the manager. So if you remotely think you may want to cancel, be prepared for a tedious process that wont resolve quickly.
