Honestly I expected highly of this place due to reviews and the pictures. I had my mom book herself an appointment and she was excited. Her appointment was today and she said she had requested the bomb lashes with a fuller natural lashes. She went into her appointment today and the lady who did her lashes decided what she wanted to do her lashes. Mind you she paid 100 dollars. She even told her what she wanted and had her fix one of them because it was uneven. The lady said she had someone else coming in for an appointment! My moms lashes look like they took less than an hour and she barley put any lashes on her my mom asked her to fix and she said come in next week for a fill and it'll cost 30! Exstacy was so sweet! My lashes look AMAZING and I was comfortable the entire time. My eyes are super sensitive and they were twitchy and watering the entire time (I'm used to this, nothing to do with her application process, just my super sensitive eyeballs) and she made sure I was OK throughout the entire appointment. I have to add that I had only had my lashes done once before for my wedding and fell in love with the look, but was miserable during the process. With Exstacy though, I was so much more relaxed. My neck never hurt, my knees didn't start to ache, and the "bed"/"table" I laid on was extremely soft and cozy. Getting eyelash extensions is a LONG and tedious process so regardless of how they look, I think it's important to shine light on how she makes sure you have a pleasant experience. Because trust m if you're uncomfortable, you'll feel like you're laying there for an eternity. She gets an A+ in my book. read more

After 3 other lash artist I finally found Bomb lashes! I had isolation issues and retention issues with the other artist. Once I went to Bomb lashes I haven't left! Let me start by saying that if you are concerned about eyelash extensions you should do your own research and and be advised that everyone is different. Therefore, people will have a different experience. Here is mine, I came in and got a natural set to see what the hype was all about...and I was tired of having to apply mascara every morning. I will say my right eye is extremely sensitive and I personally did experience discomfort. Nothing they did wrong, when I expressed my discomfort they used a fan to assist with the discomfort. I will say that the process is as is long, but goes by super quick. Anyway after a couple of days I decided that it was time for my set to come off as I started to get minor irritations. Again nothing they did wrong just my eyes being sensitive. I came in and Exstacy (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was extremely sweet and understanding. The lashes looked amazing and I got many compliments. I highly recommend this location, and support local business. Super clean, smells good and super attentive to your needs. I have been going to Exstacy for over two years now. It started with one time for a wedding, then I was hooked. She is extremely professional, very accommodating and provides an exceptional lash experience. I work in northern VA and my coworkers/friends ask me all the time, "Where do you get your lashes done?!" "They look so good and fluffy". Her prices are also very fair! Her salon is warm and inviting. The bed where you lay is even heated and she provides fresh slippers! I often fall asleep because it is so comfy. Exstacy is happy to let you doze off or chat with you. I suddenly developed an allergy to one of the lash glues and she went above and beyond and got different glues to try. She is extremely friendly, genuine and kind. If you are looking for amazing lashes, she is your girl! read more

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience and the quality of my lashes. Exstacy did my lashes and it wasn't until I got home that I realized gaps where lashes were not installed. I reached out to Exstacy for a full refund and she was only able to offer me a partial refund (a third of the final cost). Before she offered me a refund, I declined a free refill, as she should have done my lashes correctly the first time (esp. as the owner), and I wasn't convinced that they would be corrected efficiently considering how the first install went. It should've been done correct the first time! I should have been granted a full refund considering the unforgiving gaps in my lashes on the first day. By day 3, most of my lashes had fallen out. Note- I've had lashes done before and do properly take care of them. Considering all the good reviews, I am shocked by the poor quality of my install and regret wasting my time (1.5 hours in a hot room) and gas to visit this place. These lashes are not worth the $175 price tag and the shop should be highly embarrassed by the work performed. I deeply regret giving this place my business, and will never come back. read more

If you are looking for a lash place in the area, THIS IS THE PLACE. My daughter and I booked with Exstacy for Dynamite sets and she did a beautiful beautiful job. Her name of business definitely suits her work. I do have to say, that I have gotten lash extensions several times and never went back to any of the places. The lashes never stayed on long enough and I felt like the money I was paying just wasn't worth it. Well I just went back today for a fill in and I didn't want to write a review until I knew for sure that they were worth it. So the first time my daughter and I went, we were very very happy with the end result. She asked us to show her exactly what we wanted and she delivered. I twitch a lot but her technique helps to prevent that. She's just amazing all around. She's very sweet and almost puts me to sleep. Lol Her table is soooo cozy and it's heated. What?????? Yes Heated. Her waiting area is adorable and has everything you need to be prepared. So all in all it's WORTH IT. I told her today that I won't be using strip lashes anymore.
