Place get 5 stars. But the worker today he gets zero. today was the worst experience I have ever had. I walked in after work today on Friday. Mind you I came in Wednesday to get a new vape. On top of that I'm a weekly customer who's been shopping here since 2019. My fogger apparently burnt out on the charger and I informed Sebastian about it and he said to bad. It half smoked. You call this half smoked? Wouldn't even work with me. Each time I come in and he is working I get the worst experience and customer service. I hope he doesn't treat the rest of the customers this way. As long as I see him I won't be coming in anymore. Crazy. read more

Lovely little shop. After I moved to Chandler I needed to find a new haunt where I could easily grab vaping supplies close to home. Lo and behold, A&J Smoke Shop was just across the street from me! It's not always the case that the places you go to out of convenience are what you'd hope for where selection, price and service are concerned... but A&J always takes good care of me. I've never heard a bell on the door or anything but as soon as you walk in someone immediately materializes from the back area like a genie to say hello and help you. I like to be in/out before my car heats up and the fellas at the counter always grab me whatever I need and check the items out fast. The atmosphere is very relaxed, in-general. Whenever I have questions, they're knowledgeable and happy to answer. You can always tell someone knows their stuff too when you point at a part in your e-cig setup and say "Thingy broke, what do?", they inspect it for a second, nod, and show you our options. Grade A work there, boys. If I've got a compatibility concern with my e-cig and a certain part, they know what's up and can tell me what will and what won't fit with my setup. I've never gone home only to find that something doesn't work the way it should. The vape juice supplies are running a bit low right now (with C19 causing a strain on vendors getting products in stock), and the guys at A&J have been very apologetic about that... but all I'd want them to know is that I understand and am just thankful there is a smoke shop open near to me that I can rely on to be available and operating right now. Also they wear masks, which I know is something not everyone wants to be doing right now, but I appreciate. As far as pricing goes, I've never felt like I've been overpaying for anything I bought from A&J. I think the prices are pretty in line with what they should be. The shop also has a nice discount system set up so you can save on future visits. The staff always lets me know when I've got a discount and asks if I want to use it now or save it for a future visit. And for all the doggo lovers out there, there's an *very* mellow 3 year old pibble who hangs out at the shop sometimes. She's a good girl, yesss she is! Store is nice and staff was great and very helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted or needed and the guy working was great at helping me figure it out. Wow! Didnt catch his name. But I've been in there twice now. 1st time was great he was super knowledgable and didnt want to rush us out. We had a really nice chat the entire time. 2nd time I went for vape juice and a new pod. He informed me that the precious smoke shop I went to sold me the wrong device for vape. Apparantly that was for thc oil! The previous smoke shop just wanted to make a sale and didnt care that they were selling me something incorrectly. This guy at A&J answered all of my questions and concerns with no irritation and I walked out of there with a new vape and 2 vape juices! I will definitely be making this place my go-to! solid shop with a pretty solid selection. lots of glads, vape stuff, papers all that. pretty much your classic smoke shop with everything you'd really need. the owner and the longer hair dude who usually works at night are very chill and nice. i've worked with many smoke shops over the years being in this field for 10 years now and these guys are super legit. the only smoke shop i've been going to for like a year now. they have a bunch of stuff many shops usually dont carry and some nicer glass if you're looking for something a little more expensive. they dont carry heady glass really from what i've seen but the average customer doesnt spend 700+ on a bong or rig so not really needed. definitely worth stopping in! in a great shopping complex as well. read more
