One of the last stops we went to before we made a decision was In Italia Men's Wear. We were greeted with warmth by both Jhovani and his assistant, even though Jhovani was working with another client. The place is intimate and there is always at least another client here each time we have walked in. My husband was lucky and found a suit "off the rack" as we were pressed for time. Jhovani went above and beyond while still offering to tailor it in time for my husband so he can look great in it before we left the following week even though his schedule was pretty packed. His assistant measured him to have the suit fit perfectly, Jhovani double checked her work as was very pleased. We were promised it will be done by end of day the day before we left. While looking around my husband also found the perfect shoes that matched my dress so we could coordinate. They delivered earlier than promised. We are very grateful for them. I highly recommend coming here to buy a suit. Jhovani also does fully custom suits as well. The service is impeccable, and so is the quality of what they have. Plus, we were stoked to support a small business. We were extremely pleased by the quality and didn't mind investing in this suit as it will last a long time. I loved how the store had everything from custom tailored to casual everyday options, all of which made by high quality designers, all carrying the hallmarks of having the best materials and craftsmanship available. This was quality you could see and feel, but also quality that Jhovani could speak to so you could share the story with others. This is what sets stores like this apart from other retailers and reminds you what you're paying for when shopping at them. I was beyond excited to give this gift and even more happy to see how well it was received. Jhovani is also a tailor and the shop offers tailoring for the items they sell. Tailoring is a dying art and while we can't access the craftsman here keeping it alive, I am glad to see it continuing and hope that Jhovani is able to find more talented folks so that we can all access this service. With only days until my wedding, I came to Raja needing alterations on my bridal gown, work that would normally require weeks, if not months, of planning. Somehow, he completed my dress in just TWO DAYS. The skill and care it took to make that happen still amazes me. But what made this experience so memorable went far beyond the alterations. I was carrying so much panic, wondering if everything going wrong with my dress at the last minute was bad timing or somehow not part of God's plan. In the middle of that stress, Raja spoke to me about faith, trusting God, and how sometimes things unfold exactly as they are meant to. It was such a small conversation, but at that moment, it felt like perfect alignment during one of the most important times of my life. I walked in worried about a dress and walked out feeling reassured that everything was going to be okay. And the dress was beautiful. He said it would be done in approximately a week, and we should get a call when it was done. After 1.5 weeks, we called to confirm it was done, made an appointment to come to pay and pick it up. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. At the bare minimum perhaps it might be beneficial for him to model his local grocery store clerk who inquires: "Did you find everything you were looking for today?", however to my dismay that didn't transpire. The sale was robotic, lacked pizzazz, upsell opportunities nor information shared about new products and failed to motivate me to purchase regularly at their location. A salesman knows his product, just like the female store manager who shared that new inventory from other stores would be arriving, was extremely knowledgeable about the variety of clothing and storage items on the floor. The owner also seems super chill and friendly. Honestly though, the prices were insanely high, even for a resale shop. I'm all for spending a few extra bucks supporting small bucks, but this is much more than that. That said, if you're looking for a hard to find grail and money isn't an issue, he might have just have what you're looking for.
