Please note: when these fakes are being smoked, the golden metal piece inside the glass gives off LEAD fumes, and the glass is not the same. The biggest concern about this fake is a health concern and that is when leaving a review is important. Tried to call the cops on me for refusing to leave the store when they didnt wanna fix an issue with a faulty bowl. I didnt do anything near aggresive but they decided they were gonna call the cops regardless. Whole issue could of been resolved with either replacing, reordering or even fixing my piece if they claim to blow glass. Very diasapointed in the whole process from being personally suggested a piece, it breaking via cleaning product according to staff and then threatened with the police. The police have better things to do than to settle a broken bowl at a smokeshop. read more

When i went in i was greeted by the staff who was nice and they helped me with what i was looking for. But then asked for someone else with a key to open a case and the guy that opened it was very rude when trying to sell me on a new device. I agree with what he was saying but he was very unprofessional and rude in trying to sell me on the piece. He talked down to me and didn't make me feel comfortable in the shop because I wasn't taking his advice in the moment to buy a 500 dollar piece. "Im not gonna try and sell you on this I'll just tell you that you aren't smoking your shit right." Were his exact words. Don't believe this is the correct way to sell someone anything. I won't be returning I felt uncomfortable and so did the person I was with. A shame it's a nice place. Terrible service. read more

This place has style, all the gadgets you'd ever want to look at, collect, and use. Very unique glass pieces. Check out the pic I took- I love the Bart Simpson piece. More about what I liked is that the store looked fully stocked, and I loved how late they are open till. This place is a rip off!!!!!! Don't buy any glassware it's all rom China and fragile! So much so that you may not get it home before it breaks and if you think they stand by their products they do not! I literally walked out side and down the block and the glass I bought broke went back and he tells me he can't do anything for me! What a rip off! Amazing merchandise, and staff. I got the brand new model of the Peak Pro. Unfortunately there was a factory defect in the one I picked out, which is highly unprobable, but they tested it out and found out it was in fact a factory defect. Easily could have been a super annoying experience, but Ransel and Ferni were there to accommodate. Great customer service, I'll definitely be going back. Bought something here and came back 10 minutes later to return it, even though it says all sales final which I understand the guy working there did nothing to try and help and pretty just said well you're SOL. I came here after I broke my vape pen's charger. I was immediately greeted upon entering. One thing I liked was that I didn't have a person following my every footstep or continuously being asked what I needed. I was given the chance to explore the store on my own and ask for help if I needed it. The store has various different things. Some are like a work of art!! Unfortunately, for me, I only went to get what I needed. I will definetly come again once I have more time. I do remember asking if they had the O.Pen vape pen but they only had the "Kit." I recommend that you sell the O.Pen Vape pen on it's own (not the kit). It is an amazing vape pen! Another great thing is that there's no minimum. Purchase required to use a debit card or credit card. I remember being explained that they just add .50 cents to the transaction. read more

Best shop in Florida without a doubt. I always get treated with love when I stop there. It may be a 45 minute drive from my house but it is worth the drive everytime. They up charge a stupid juul and charge you $32 for it and don't even give you the receipt. when you walk out and decide you don't want to pay that and want you're money back, they point to a small ass paper sign that says all sales are final?! When I was growing up, smoke shops & head shops were often dark, seedy little establishments that more often than not, felt a bit dangerous (good or bad!). Ziggy's could not be more different! Whether you're looking for lighters, vaporizers, water pipes or accessories, this place carries the absolute best & highest quality items. The boutique itself feels more like an art gallery than anything else & their collection of glass pieces (some as much as $60K!!!) is really spectacular! They are now setting up a glass blowing area where pipes will be made on site! The staff is also great... Super knowledgeable & ready to answer any questions & help you in the selection process. Once a month (I believe) they hold movie screenings (last one was Pineapple Express) in the area behind the shop. Really cool spot with really dope merchandise & even better people assisting you throughout!
