I hired S&A Hauls to replace the artificial grass and he gave me a good price and he even had to redo the prepping of the ground. He also showed me the used piece of artificial grass that had spray paint on the back of it. Reyes also is licensed with the AZ ROC and it goes to show you that ROC does not care what happens to the consumer. Would hirer S&A Haul again and very happy with his work.

They're on a fixed income, so I was nervous about cost--Nick didn't waste time. He showed up himself, patched the leak, and tarped the area to keep things dry until we could get new skylights. Ordering the custom Velux units ended up taking longer than anyone anticipated--a manufacturer delay, not Nick's fault--but he kept me updated every step of the way. Once the skylights arrived, he scheduled the install quickly, measured each opening to the millimeter, and flashed and sealed them so tight there's no chance of a drip. He hauled away all the old materials, swept the yard, and left no mess behind. They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!
