I asked if there were other brands or options, and again, more attitude. He told me it's all rubber anyway and questioned why I even cared. At checkout, I gave him cash and asked if he needed anything else. He said I owed him 88 cents, so I gave him a dollar,and he threw the change into my hand so carelessly that it bounced off and fell onto the counter. No apology, no decency. Do yourself a favor: skip this place. There are plenty of other bike shops where the staff will treat you with basic respect, actually help you, and not act like you're bothering them by being there.

When they told me they did I immediately when over there to see their selection. They have a very nice setup, neatly laid out. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very good variety of the best brands. Chris helped me pick out a good board that would support my weight. (I had a similar issue when I was picking out snowboards) We had a long, awesome conversation about longboarding. He gave me a few beginner tips and let me futz around on the board in the store to see how I felt on it. They also told me they give one free lessons when you buy a complete and that they plan to give on-going paid lessons. These guys know what they are doing and they are the best, friendliest, place in the area. They are always getting in new decks, parts and completes, so make sure if you don't see something you need you can ask and they might be able to order it for you.

That was only discovered after I went back multiple times and pushed for them to keep looking. It did not seem like the bike had been properly test ridden before I was told the issue was rider error. Communication was also difficult, and the overall attitude I experienced from staff felt passive aggressive rather than helpful. I was largely left on my own trying to sort out what was going on. They also replaced the wrong bolt on my saddle. When I asked about replacing the correct bolts, I was told they did not have the proper ones, and the issue was not properly resolved. After multiple visits, repeated charges, poor communication, and the real problem being missed until I pushed for further inspection, I would not return.

To do about 45 seconds of "labor". For removing the pedals of a bike that I just bought brand new from the store. Does this seem right to you? Seems like money-grubbing greedflation jerkmanship to me. It's sad because I wanted this to be the spot where we could come for repairs, gadgets, and service. After this experience, I'm compelled to look elsewhere. Really kind of shameful.

I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. anthony and the nature company are amazing!! we cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent…read moreexperience with them for our daughter's 4th birthday party (on-site). leading up to the party, anthony was really great to work with, very responsive, kind, and easy going. it was our first time planning a children's birthday party and i sent a constant stream of emails every time i thought of something (annoying, i'm sure!). but anthony quickly and graciously answered them all, which i really appreciated. on the day of the party, we arrived early to set up and the space was beautifully decorated. we didn't need to bring anything (we added a few themed items, but it was completely unnecessary). the space is beautiful and warm, and the animals were very cool/cute (even the Madagascar hissing cockroach, haha) and the kids all loved Anthony's wonderful and engaging presentation of each one. there was also a great playroom for the kids to burn off some of that cupcake energy afterward. we highly recommend the nature company in general, and for parties especially. you won't regret it!
