I had mixed results here…read more They did improve my Trek overall, but I still had to take it to another shop afterward because the brakes were rubbing. On my Giant, they found a backwards jockey wheel, but I was also charged for derailleur adjustments multiple times and later learned the actual front shifting issue was a bent chainring. At one point it was suggested that I might not be shifting correctly, but the problem turned out to be mechanical. They also adjusted my saddle and stripped the bolt in the process. After multiple visits and additional issues, I lost confidence in the quality and completeness of the work.

I walked in simply…read morewanting to look at bike tubes, but they wouldn't even let me see the selection, they said they were hidden in the back. Fine. I gave the guy the details: 700C. Instead of helping, he gave me attitude and sarcastically asked, "What's 700C?" Before I could answer, I clarified my tire is 27 1/4. He then rattled off a bunch of other sizes before finally going to the back to get one. When he returned, he handed me a single tube, priced at $10. I asked if there were other brands or options, and again, more attitude. He told me it's all rubber anyway and questioned why I even cared. At checkout, I gave him cash and asked if he needed anything else. He said I owed him 88 cents, so I gave him a dollar, and he threw the change into my hand so carelessly that it bounced off and fell onto the counter. No apology, no decency. Do yourself a favor: skip this place. There are plenty of other bike shops where the staff will treat you with basic respect, actually help you, and not act like you're bothering them by being there.

She asked for clarification on their hours, but I don't remember if she got a clear answer. They have beautiful flowers available, and they also have fun accessories. I bought a cute claw hair clip that was multicolored, translucent, and pastel. The hair clip had an adorable star and moon charm attached to it. I bought it for myself and was happy with the price. I will like to come back to purchase something if I can catch them while they're open.

Today I walked in to buy a bouquet of flowers and I felt like I was rushed to choose what I wanted and when I got there to pick up my flowers there was a small Asian lady that approached me she looked like she did not want me there. She didn't smile she didn't ask how I was doing. She seemed very irritated of my existence there when I asked her for a vase she said it's $14. I went to pay for it and I was hoping she would put my flowers in the vase but instead, she wrapped up the vase and wanted me to leave immediately after I paid for it. No happy Valentine's Day. No thank you for coming. I find that very alarm in since I dropped about $100 at that store never again will I give my business to that place and even though like I said the flowers are beautiful. The customer service is very poorly managed. Again, I'm not really sure what I ever did to her, but I don't like to feel rushed and to be honest, even though the flowers were beautiful I did ask for the flowers to have at least one red rose, and I did not receive a red rose if anyone can point me to another florist around the area of Crown Heights please do because this one is not it.

I had a very poor experience here…read more I brought in my bike for a front shifting issue and was charged for derailleur adjustment twice, but the real issue was not identified. Multiple mechanics suggested I might not know how to shift properly, but the actual problem turned out to be a bent chainring. That was only discovered after I went back multiple times and pushed for them to keep looking. It did not seem like the bike had been properly test ridden before I was told the issue was rider error. Communication was also difficult, and the overall attitude I experienced from staff felt passive aggressive rather than helpful. I was largely left on my own trying to sort out what was going on. They also replaced the wrong bolt on my saddle. When I asked about replacing the correct bolts, I was told they did not have the proper ones, and the issue was not properly resolved. After multiple visits, repeated charges, poor communication, and the real problem being missed until I pushed for further inspection, I would not return.

The staff acts like they're curating art at a gallery instead of fixing brakes. I asked about a repair and got a response like I interrupted a TED Talk on bicycle culture. Relax--it's a chain and two wheels. And the prices? I thought they were quoting me for a full bike rebuild, a documentary, and emotional support. Labor costs so high I expected my bike to come back with better credit than me. Same attitude both times--like I needed them more than they needed customers. It's a bike shop, not a fashion week afterparty. Nobody needs this level of arrogance over a tune-up. Plenty of other shops in NYC that will fix your bike and treat you like a human being. Start there.

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. I was all set to purchase, but the mechanic (I believe Luis) had me get on the bike and said I needed to size down. Unfortunately, for one of his builds, I did use them to get some components that I couldn't source other places and around every corner they drop the ball. We were not notified that parts were on backorder, even though it said when I ordered that they were in stock and would ship within a few days. Another part they ordered the wrong size and along this process, they never let us know what was going on. I had to call to find out why I hadn't received something in a couple weeks and then again to figure out where his stem was. They never returned our calls, which meant I had to take extra time out of my day to call back numerous times. It is unfortunate that they are such a large distributor of Colnago bikes. There's no way I'm going to support this place again. They don't deserve my money and I'm upset about the thousands of dollars I've spent there thus far. It won't happen again.
