On the day of my event all I had to do was show up with the Birthday Girl. My daughters party exceeded my expectation as I had never seen the facility in person until we arrived. The play space was a safe and sanitary environment for all those in my party to enjoy. The parental lounge was nice and cozy leaving the adults an opportunity to sit down and relax while watching everything through the glass doors. The temperature in the environment was climate controlled leaving guests comfortable. The private party space was lit up with decor, and each child's seat had a special favor for them to take home. Activities took place while eating and socializing, the kids were able to participate in play with Max Adventures staff leaving them singing and dancing for joy. I would definitely recommend Max Adventures to all of those who are looking for a 100% private party space with an amazing staff to assist along the way. Trust Me! Book Your Party Now! Billie Beez is the new discovery zone/chuckie cheese. The line was long out front and the guy behind the counter ignored me. Luckily my cousin told me I didn't have to wait on the line for a party attendee. The workers upfront look like they hate their lives. Good thing our party host had a better vibe. I didn't take enough photos, but Billie beez play area is actually really nice and big. The kids had fun, no wonder my cousins son demanded to come here for his 4th birthday. All the kids had a blast. I parked in the garage right outside the mall. It only cost me $3 to get out. Not bad

Unfortunately, instead of greeting us when we walked in, he immediately raised his voice to point out that we had entered through the exit. Both doors are right next to each other, lead to the exact same place, and there was absolutely no line, so the way he addressed us felt completely unnecessary. Throughout the interaction, his attitude came across as extremely passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and immature. What stood out even more was how differently he treated other customers compared to us. As a regular customer, I was very disappointed by the way we were spoken to and treated. Customers should be made to feel welcomed and respected, regardless of the situation.

The facilities are clean, well maintained and the staff is engaged and helpful. There's a larger area with slides, maze, obstacles and ball area. I cannot believe how clean it was. The good thing about this place is that it is safe where you can place your stroller and shoes by the entrance without any worries of it being lost. You got to sign a waiver before you go in and pricing is a few dollar difference between 4 years and up and 3 years and below. It is a fixed price with a free adult for each kid that lasts the whole day. They give you green bracelets for each person to enter the place. So my favorite was the slides! All the slides were designed well and I felt great drops with the purple slide! The purple slide reminded me of a mini rollercoaster. I had to go on the slide with my daughter and she had so much fun! She was screaming ecstatic! There was also the black slides that lit up and my daughter and I went on it so many times! They light up the whole time and it was a lot of fun. Besides the slides there were courses with a lot of pit balls for you to fall into. The pit call courses weren't that deep when you fall into them so they were safe for my daughter who is still really tiny. Some of the courses were challenging but they had ropes on the sides for you to grab onto for assistance. There was also a round glass floor as you reach to the top. My daughter and I were a bit scared to walk on it but eventually got over it and was on top of it. It was a very sturdy piece of glass but I was holding onto my daughter still! There are few claw machines in this place that require tokens or a card that you can purchase and put an amount on. Also a Flying Apple Photo Booth was among one of the machines. I'm my daughter and I went inside and I did not know the mini bench to sit on was that slippery until my daughter fell down to the floor. The camera does not meet the eyes at all so you need to readjust in a position that is very uncomfortable. Also I had to carry my daughter the whole time the pictures were being taken in the booth or else her eyes and head would have been cut off. Sucks. Wish the camera lens was in a better position. Also the pictures were very tiny when I saw them come out. At least there were 2 copies so that was good. I will come here in the near future and do recommend this place for any toddler or kid who want to be wild and free!

Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

Honestly, my little ones started testing my sanity by our 3rd day on the trip, but then my SIL recommended I take the kids to PlayWell that morning...and they loved it. We dropped in for two hours and the time flew by. Both kids were so happy, got to burn off their energy, and I didn't even get the "I'm bored" complaint! The highlights: 1. The Ultimate Heat Escape: It's spacious, bright, super clean, and beautifully air-conditioned. A total oasis when it's melting outside. 2. Caters to different interests: The variety of activities is top-notch. They have high-energy set-ups like swings and a zip line, brain-boosting pegboards and puzzles, and pretend play activities like a kitchen and wooden train sets. 3. Smart layout: The space is designed with different zones, so kids can actually get a little separation and quiet space if they prefer, especially nice for the younger kids. 4. Perfect for all paces: It easily handles everyone from crawlers to high-energy kids who like to run or bounce around. We've been to a lot of play spaces, and this one has been one of our favorites. A must-visit!
