I've never seen a liquor store used with a medical store at the same time. It sounds very counterintuitive as in for the idea of going in for medicine I suppose to help you but it sells liquor which isn't good for you unless you're really trying to numb away the pain. This store also features a UPS store. The staff here wasn't too friendly either just from walking in. The liquor store portion is actually pretty minimal. The selection doesn't compare to an average liquor store either I was assuming that this place would be almost like a Binnys. Also featured here are equipment for health like canes, wheelchairs, various medicines. You can even find snacks and Munchies that you can find at any convenience store too. The location isn't the safest either just because of the sketchy Hotel behind it. Selection is minimal on snacks , overall I was not a fan of the store.

Because when the customer gets off the phone, jumps in the car, fights traffic to get there... only to speak to the exact same person that was on the telephone earlier... but now won't accept the insurance, the customer might be one of those Americans who comes home, gets on Yelp!, and leaves a negative review.

Called the location that promised to transfer and was told the script was transferred successfully. Called this Essington Rd branch and got the same rude person, and explained that we would need the script filled asap, because of the mixup. I was told ( very rudely) that they'd text me in 2 hours to let me know if was ready. 2-1/2 hours went by and I called back to ask if I could come get my script because I still hadn't heard from them. I was bluntly asked for my DOB and told it wasn't ready yet. So, my question was," How long does it take to put 20 pills in a bottle?" I was then told ot would be ready in 20 minutes. What gets me here, is how is being cocky and snotty with customers calling in a practice here? How is that tolerated? I called and asked very nicely and respectfully and was treated like I was a problem. My Orthopedic office is in Naperville and are not open on Saturday. My Agent Nicholas Umek realized that my script was wrong so of course I got the correct one without waiting until Monday. I have very good medical coverage with Medicare and BC/BS so let's see if having the wrong code works. Nicholas was so kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions without trying to rush me. He demonstrated the walker so I understood the workings. I was hesitant with the brakes but Nicholas assured me I wouldn't harm them it was because they are new. JD Brown was recommended by my pharmacy and I in turn would recommend them to anyone in need of medical supplies. Nicholas is my person to recommend asking for to feel understood and never rushed. There was a bit of paperwork involved but again he was tolerant and didn't rush me. Kudos to JD Brown and their awesome Agent Nicholas Umek.

I turned my script in to Osco and they told me that my insurance didn't cover it. Ok, no prob. I bought the generic for 53.99. I get a call from Osco the very next day stating that they owed me a refund because my insurance does cover it. Ok, no problem. My derm gave me a script for a higher dosage. I went back to Osco. Again , I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. Ok, no problem. I was told the name brand would be $254 and the generic would run $93. Ok no problem. I was told they would have the script in on Monday after 12. I did ask for the generic. So, I get there Monday and was told the price was $274. Uh excuse me? I asked how could the generic be more expensive then the name brand? They told me they were unsure but it doesn't seem right. Then they said they could try to order the generic again. I asked them what is the difference between the generic they ordered and the generic they were supposed to order. Not one of the three people there could anaer my question. I gave up and told them to give me my prescription back I would go to walgreens. I get to walgreens and they filled my script with no problem and guess what? No hassles. My insurance does cover it. Not only that our of curiosity I asked them the price of the generic and they told me 75 bucks. So about 20 bucks less then Osco not to mention no antics. I love jewel as a store but as Osco pharmacy they need to work on that area.

Redbox is here too which is pretty surprising in today's age. This location is great at keeping up with seasonal gifts and items.
