So now back again, the 3rd time, now the guy refuses to help me. Refuses to give me back my money without a OG box. Told me it could take up to 6 months to get the unit I want on my bike. I checked on Amazon, Boss had one for $53. and would have it in 4 days. l wanted was a great working unit on my bike so I can wind therapy in peace. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The owner " Jim " has no idea of what he is doing and seems to not care if the customer is satisfied with the business practices Brandon , store manager is also totally uncooperative at this Aaron's location in Cabot Arkansas . I rented a new in box 75 " supposed top of the line television . It was delivered in my home and connected to the internet. But the delivery guy refused to use the television stand I had already. He said it was against policy to do so . It was left in the floor of the living room . After two days of trying to install purchased apps for television programming I was completely frustrated with the rental product and asked them to remove it I no longer wanted it . Their was never mention if replacement or apology for the inability to connect it and no help was offered . The $150. Was never offered for refund either. I had also rented a new washer and dryer a couple of months earlier and had to the best of my knowledge places them on auto pay for the first of each month due on the 5th of every month. ( I feel this is theft of the $150 down payment .). I was informed that the payment was missed and they wanted them back. It was very strange that the payments had been made previously without fail but now they were not on auto payment and I had missed payments and they would be repossessed. I asked them why the $150. Down payment for the television had not been used for the washer and dryer . I was told I didn't qualify for a refund of any money put down on the defective television and no apology was given either. I went to another location in Conway Arkansas and rented a washer and dryer without any issues . The Conway store has always been very accommodating with rentals . Made all rentals auto payments and made payments without issues. The way the Conway store is run is very professional and courtesy of management. I am Completely satisfied with rental purchases and will continue to deal in the future with them on any appliance needs . I also made a complaint to the cooperate office and was told I would be contacted within 24 hrs. No contact and cannot believe they don't want to be bothered by the business practices of this about Arkansas Aaron's.

This location is near and dear to myself, and probably the many young military types that call LRAFB home. It's your standard issue GameStop, and as such has the standard issue game store fare. I come here for the occasional XO title, but as of late I've also been on the hunt for Pop! collectibles. This GameStop location has yet to disappoint with its availability and its ability to order them to the store. Which leads me to the service. I've never had an issue and the employees have always been cordial. Maybe it's the random times of day that I stop in, or maybe it's the fact that they're pretty consistent. I think more the latter, but that's just me. All and all this location has it down. Myself and others make it easy for them. It's because we like to shop here, and maybe because they make it easy for us as well.

Please don't let this influence the next customer to the Jacksonville, AR location. We bought new phones because he said it would make sure of better service. He told us, he was sending a booster free of charge to the house, to make sure we would have no problems. As we were trusting him to take care of us, he said you also get a free tablet today, but of course you have to pay the taxes on it, like you did with the 2 phones. I didn't find out we have to pay for service for the tablet until I got the first bill. Please I urge you to ask many questions before taking this young man at "just" the information he is providing. I was promised, twice by him yesterday that he would give me a call back. I did not hear from him so I called the "corporate office" and boy was that a joke. Everything has to be handled out of the store. What corporation allows the individual locations to have all the control?
