Not only is his work clean, he also gives good advice. For example, he told us a Roku device will do just fine as a tuning box for cable service, saving us a few bucks each month (it adds up!). He also helped us set up our sound bar, he said it would make a big difference. It does. We also had him do some electrical work, replacing a ceiling fan and adding a bathroom outlet. Not only is the work done promptly, Todd actually cleaned up afterward. It's a small touch, but appreciated. Price is very reasonable for the quality of work. He's also quite efficient with his time. Finally, we found a ceiling fan in another room stopped working after our visit. He came back the next day, found the issue wasn't something he did but he nonetheless fixed it for no charge. Highly recommend Home Entertainment Experts! Very professional, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. I just moved into an old house where there are random Ethernet and cable wires coming out from walls and not connected to anything. Todd was able to figure out where the cables are coming and going, put a hard Ethernet wire in a specific room for Internet for work, and get my security system online. We also had a TV to mount but didn't have any plugs/cables on the wall for it to plug in. Todd was able to create an opening on the wall for all the wall so everything is hidden behind the TV. We had some existing surround sound system that he helped us get the needed components for the entire system to work. Since he had to cut open the wall on the other side for the wiring purpose, I thought I had to repaint the area he patched up later. Now I've had my televisions installed on the walls of my previous home by other companies before and those guys pale in comparison to Todd...seriously. We had several TVs to mount in our house and I called a few installers to get quotes (I won't mention the other's names). My experience was literally a text-book friendly akin to a 1950's courteous professional, well mannered, polite, with a diligent work ethic and honest. I required a corporate and AV application. My corporate application was a VOIP phone. I manage a territory spanning from the Western United States to Australia and require VOIP phones as my main tool to win business on both continents. My initial solution was wireless for this VOIP solution and it was too inconsistent with the quality of voice and intermittent connection issues. After Todd installed my CAT 5 solution to my office my phone is LIGHTNING fast, snappy, responsive, and ZERO issues. I couldn't be happier at this point. My personal application was my flat screen in my front room. Again I had been using a woreless solution to stream Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu Plus, AND Vudu. After Todd had installed the CAT 5 solution I've never had my videos stream faster and lag free even with an extremely fast 100mb down and 5mb up package with TWC. My first review on Yelp. Todd's service was so specular I was almost forced to create an account on Yelp! and share with you all my experiences. When I first researched about mounting the tv and installing home theatre, I was very uncertain about how it would all work out of it will damage my walls, etc. I called quite a few places and no place had an estimate under at least $250. When I called Todd, he had a very reasonable price (much lower than all others). It was surprising because Todd is certified just as most of the other installers. Only difference is he doesn't work for a larger company, so his prices are comparatively lower. His price definitely does not correlate with the quality of work he did. His work was phenomenal. He was very clean, very friendly, and a very down to earth personality. I sometimes feel uncomfortable with workers in my house but I did not feel this was with Todd. Todd and I became friends within the first five minutes of him being here. As I was very unsure of how the mounting process would work out, Todd did a great job in explaining how everything worked (I was a newbie at this) he suggested what he thought would work best with the current settings and we worked and planned together to make it all work. If you're shopping around, stop now and just hire Todd. Todd installed all of the low voltage in my new residential construction. It was a fairly large project, including all of the networking, cable TV, speakers (a full 5.2.4 system with additional ceiling speakers in other rooms), and security cameras. For some of the speakers, we actually ran into some unforeseen issues with cutting the ceiling, but he never complained once about the extra work. For the security cameras, there are many DIY systems available on Amazon, Costco, etc, but he advised me that he could get a much better system (basically professional grade) for a much lower price. After doing some basic research, he was totally right. He also helped design the system to have optimal coverage for my needs. I definitely could not have done this on my own. Todd was professional, responsive and courteous (and just an overall great guy) during the whole process. His pricing was more than fair.
