When in St. Louis... skip the Arch and hit HomeGoods! Hehehehe! I came to St. Louis to visit family, but the real attraction wasn't the sights or the food. It was the glowing beacon of joy known as HomeGoods. I walked in with "just a peek" in mind and walked out emotionally torn over a full cart I couldn't possibly fit in my suitcase. I spotted a beautiful vase, a gold glitter decanter, and somehow ended up debating if I could carry a floor plant onto the plane like it was an emotional support item. Sigh! The store was clean, well-organized, and filled with everything I didn't know I desperately needed. I ended up letting my mom buy what she needed as I had no space in my luggage. [Insert crying emoji] As always, I recommend HomeGoods when you need to change things up in your home or having a get together and need conversation peices. read more

I love a good shopping trip, and finding beautiful pieces to decorate my home. Fully stocked location and currently in the process of putting out more stock. Prices are reasonable. Check out was smooth, and the cashier carefully wrapped all of my glass items and double bagged every thing. read more

I can't believe I've never reviewed this location! It's nearest to me and I most always find something interesting. It's usually a jumble, often with a decently sized table in front with clearance stuff on it. The shelves are full to overflowing. I rarely see employees on the floor but the cashiers have generally been cheerful. read more

The store and they're affiliated store, Marshalls and TJ Maxx are my guilty pleasure. I love just roaming through the isles looking for something unique and different. They have plenty to offer, pretty much anything that you would need as a gift. Their candle aisle is superb. If you were ever looking for a gift and you have no idea what to get, this is your place to shop. You can always find a good deal and they have several clearance racks as well. Spread throughout the store. Need a gift bag, they got you covered. Tons of $.99 large shopping bags to choose from at the front checkout aisle. The workers here are always very helpful. read more

I love me some Home Goods, but this location is not one of the better ones. When I shop here, I am kinda lost and confused. The store lay-out and merchandising is totally different then my regular HG stores that I shop. I can still find a treasure or two here when I shop, but the selection seems to be far less then what I typically find at the Kirkwood and Edwardsville stores. Also, the staff is less engaging than the other stores. I'll still frequent and shop this store when I'm in the area, but it's not one of my favorites. Home Goods is a new store opened in the same shopping center as Dierberg's on Eager Road. I needed a new mirror for my hallway and I was surprised at the amount of mirrors and styles that they have. I was with my husband and I was getting hungry, so I didn't get to look around at all there different items but it looked like they had everything a person could need for their home and even their garden. They also had a lot of pet items for you people who have fur babies. If your looking for a piece of furniture they also have a lot of unique chairs. Just go and take a look. But give yourself enough time to take it all in. Would I come back here? You know I will. I'll see you in the funny pages. read more

I'm a sucker for a Home Goods! I saw on Yelp, this new store, so being in the area, I had to scamper right over! Yes, this is my happy place and always happy to see a new one open! You can't have too many Home Goods stores! You know I'm right! . This one did not disappoint; I wasn't worried about that. Right now they have lots of pretty Easter things! Everyone was so friendly and polite! I love it when a store has good people! Checkout was quick and efficient. Great location with lots of parking. This Home Goods is always packed with customers no matter what day or time I visit. Most recent visit was a Sunday afternoon. Crowded with people and LOTS of merchandise. So much so that it merchandise was crowded onto shelves with items falling every which way but loose. I heard a guy tell his shopping companion that it was overwhelming. I agree. I was going to purchase some unique throw pillows from the clearance section (the best part of the store in my opinion) and walked to the checkout line. Even checkout was overwhelming with long lines. So I put my items back and left without a purchase. Still giving four stars but either this Home Goods needs to expand store size or organize it better for a more pleasing shopping experience. Sometimes too much really is TOO MUCH. read more

Home Goods always seems like a more expensive flea market. There is no guarantee that anything you are looking for will be in stock but it is fun to see what surprises they might have. It's similar to Marshalls except they only have the home stuff. read more

A gay man's paradise; truly! If you haven't been to a HG-you must. They are all very similar with the exception of the furniture section. I noticed that this HG is in a smaller store and the prices of the furniture is a bit high. Also, the quality of the furniture is really hit or miss. Also, as you may know, it's in the Brentwood shopping plazas which means you may or may not get run over. However, this spot is sorta outta the way and your likelihood of surviving and returning is higher than say...Trader Joe's or World Market! read more

I was helped by phone from the Eager Road HG and he was very nice and professional and took the time to look for a picture frame which is a small item to purchase but I spend a ton of $ there and I love these stores. If you ever think you should give something a 2nd chance, think again. They have this new blonde manager Michelle. She is awful (pretty sure she was high on something or drunk), she kept swaying and slurring her speech. I felt bad for the kid behind the counter who kept trying to make sure she didn't fall. I was annoyed because all I wanted to do was make a return but my receipt was messed up because I spilled my coffee. She said since they can't scan the receipt they can't accept my return. What a crock! Somebody needs to get new managers in their store because between Brentwood and Kirkwood nobody can do anything right! read more

Staff is very friendly, you can bring a dog here which is great. There aren't a lot of choices when it comes down to items. The store in Kirkwood seems to have way more stuff. read more

Just had the most wonderful customer service here. Employees were very helpful as I was buying new kitchenware and hadn't a clue what to buy. The woman helping me was very knowledgeable and patient and helped me find the perfect pans. The cashier was friendly and celebrated with me as i checked out all my new things for my apartment. Went in the store with my sister from Shiloh Illinois and not looking for anything so a bench for my bedroom and the manager Judy and the sales associates Jack Sharnice ,Kim and also V had the best customer service by far in any HomeGoods store that I have went into just flew in from Austin Texas on 7/18/21 and didn't get the customer service I received in this store in Brentwood Missouri thank you all for a great experience in these times you all made it easy read more

I got a sheet set from my sister-in-law for my birthday. The sticker on the set said Queen Set, the paper insert card had full set checked. I went to the Brentwood store on my break to exchange them and I was told I could not do so without a receipt. The cashier had quite an attitude and the manager had double the attitude. I told her it wasn't my sister-in-laws fault that it was packaged wrong. And she had the nerve to argue with me. I went to take the sheets with me and they looked like I was a thief or something. I am hopeful there other stores have more professional help. read more
