By the grace of God I felt the best solution was to take her to my vet in San Diego. No appointment, took her right in and in 5 minutes relayed the bad news. Had to put my pet to sleep because of obvious heart, fluid, etc issues and were very surprised to hear the vets in Casa Grande couldn't figure that out. If Fifi needs her nails trimmed, go here.
