Because for the last 2 decades, our options in SLC have been very limited with interior decor and furniture, and this represents a change in the right direction. I stopped in yesterday to look at rugs and found an interior designer whom I had previously worked with at RH. Her name is Pilar and she is wonderful. I also met her partner, Boris, who brought Pilar to Arhaus, and clearly has amazing judgment and a great eye for talent. Together, they walked me through some options to solve a challenging interior design issue and offered to go above and beyond to help me. I look forward to working with these two fabulous humans on future projects at Arhaus.

Dishonest. I found them on KSL and ultimately purchased a couch and loveseat. I waited a week for…read moredelivery and they didn't show up. They gave a lame excuse about confusing the order with someone else and not loading the furniture on the delivery truck. A week later and the couches were delivered. Last night I was browsing KSL and saw that they have the same set of couches advertised twice with 2 different prices. I was charged the higher price so I called the store for a refund of the difference (roughly $150). The guy was rude, unprofessional, and had no interest honoring the lower price. He actually hung up on me and the conversation wasn't heated. The delivery issue was one thing but being charged a higher price is just dishonest. This place doesn't deserve your business. Definitely look elsewhere.

Upstairs are two different areas-including a fabric store which has a ton of fun fabrics for you to choose from. These are not the same fabrics you will find at Jo-Ann's or anywhere else that sells fabric. The other business upstairs is a framing shop, that has mostly religious pictures-both original and prints for sale. They will also frame anything else that you bring in and did not purchase here. The two women upstairs were very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel like an old friend. If you are looking for a gift, there are plenty of options, and even non-denominational gifts for people of all ages. Plus, the store is such a peaceful place to just browse.

But I looked up to the second floor and could have sworn I saw bolts of fabric lining the walls. But this is Deseret Book, right? Up the stairs I go, and sure enough that place is packed with fabric.
