We did not move in until April 23rd, 2024. Our first night that we officially stayed there we noticed that the whole apartment was not cleaned or touched for many months. The whole unit smelled of mold and dirty wet sock. None of the appliances were touched or even cleaned and had accumulated months of hair and other gunk including the dishwasher and washer and dryer. After we spent all day cleaning, we noticed that there was mold on the wall that was initially covered up with paint but was coming through again and water damage on the ceiling. Also there was water underneath the floor boards that would come up when you stepped on. Who knows how long that was sitting under there and what type of hazardous conditions there was. The first time that we used the washing machine after we spent all day cleaning the inside was a disaster, something inside broke and flooded the whole apartment. Due to unsafe biological conditions and weeks of being pushed around we told the front office we felt unsafe as we did not want to breath bad and poisonous air. All of which happened in the span of 24 hours. Kelly who is the property manager told us that she will send us a check with our rent and security deposit in the mail as we were just too tired to even try anymore due to our trust being so low. We officially moved out on April 24, 2024 but it has been over 5 months and we have not received the check that was promised. They did tell me it was mailed out to our PO Box but we never received anything in the mail. When we asked about it they said they were not allowed to mail it to a PO box. Then we gave our new address and still have not heard any news. We have been patient but now it is becoming outrageous. I am active duty military and it is a shame that this is the way me and my family get treated.

I only had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the next morning while I was at work. The office staff is nice and helpful, never had issues with them. The community is very quiet, always kept clean and there is parking everywhere. The only three things that kept me from giving this place 5 stars are 1) I had a lot of issues with their garages. I had to move my stuff 3 times because they are humid and moldy. I'm not sure if they are all like that or I just had bad luck with them. 2) They do not have a car wash or a hose bib anywhere. That's not a huge deal but having a kayak, I would have loved a place to wash it down and 3) the location in front of the high school makes for a miserable morning commute. Overall if you're looking for a great apartment complex in this area, you should consider this place. Call them up and inquire about their current deals, I got $100 off knocked off my rent and a free month as well when I signed my lease. It is overpriced for what you receive in return. The property is poorly built and you will notice that within the finishes of the unit as well as the appliances (brand new building and a number of resident had to have their A/C unit replaced, their washing machine was leaking, etc). The walls are paper thin, I would wake up due to my neighbors talking, snoring, using the restroom, etc. When I brought up the issue with the assistant property manager, I was told to invest in great ear plugs and that this was part of apartment living. A response that many of us residents received. That assistant manager asked me who I was every time I was in the office, one week she called me 5 times and when I went down to see her, she yet again asked who I am, and then told me she doesn't know why she called. Very professional. Why I am writing this review is because, upon moving out, my deposit has been withheld and additional money is being requested for carpet cleaning. The lease does not state professional carpet cleaning is a requirement. The property management company is Asset living, I believe they already have an action class lawsuit against them due to all the hidden charges and disputes that residents have brought against them. What ever you do stay away from this property and the management company all together, there are a ton of better options for the price. Keep in mind you don't have to accept the charges they state, ask for invoices and the method used to calculate these charges

Although rent prices are insane and the price we are paying for a one bedroom is in no way shape ideal, it is a beautiful community. The amenities are beautiful. The layout I love! The kitchen I love! I wish the showers were walk-ins but I've gotten used to the tubs. The A/C works just fine. We do see an occasional bug from time to time (we are neat freaks) but it's hasn't been an issue. The gym is very small and not really realistic for us. We ended up getting a membership at crunch but it is in walking distance. It's a great area. Not a lot of younger kids (in tampa you were always waking up to parties, loud cars etc) I don't have any noise problems other then sometimes when I'm working from home I hear them do lawn work but it's very quick and something I've gotten use too. Neighbors are so sweet and kind! The leasing office staff is amazing! Super sweet always address our questions and any concerns we may have. Over all it has been a pleasure living here! The only cons I have are -Pricing (wish it was cheaper but all rent is crazy) -Elevators (wish there were elevators, It's a pain walking up with groceries and we also had my mom visit and she couldn't get up the stairs easily because she is disabled) but we did choose to be on the third floor because our last two apartments we always had noise issues so with us both working from home we needed to avoid that issue. -outside there are always a bunch of spider eggs in the hallways, I haven't seen very many but the occasional one in the house but they are in the hallways so I wish they would do like a weekly maintenance thing for that but I don't complain about that Pros -Amazing layouts -Construction is awesome (upper floors have carpeting which I can imagine would help with noise issues if any) -Spacious one bedrooms -Safe community in a good area -Staff is awesome -Pool is great
