When I opened the packet, there was a get well soon card and instructions an information about postop surgery. Everybody was super kind, and everybody made sure I was very comfortable. Make sure before you come here for surgery you make sure that you verify with them the day before that they have all information correct. (Even if they call you days prior and try to confirm on their end) The front desk unfortunately messed up my procedure information and did not update the insurance properly on there end even though it was given days prior. I have never experienced unprofessionalism and lack of people doing their job EVER in all my experiences at Facey. Very upset and disappointed people can't do their job correctly. THE WORST PART IS THEY CALLED 3 DAYS BEFORE TO GATHER THIS INFORMATION!! So someone did NOT do their job correctly. Unfortunately my doctor uses this surgery center and has zero reflection on my specific care team. This was negligence from the billing and desk and front team here and I can't believe the lack of unprofessionalism I saw. Hire people who can actually do their job properly.

He didn't push me beyond my limits was professional and always noticed if I could go forward more or reduce some of my steps. I don't know what my family would do without the Santa Clarita Comfort Keepers! I hired them for my…read more85 year old father, who is bedridden and requires a lot of support. Comfort Keepers has been providing 13 hours of caregiving every day. Over the past few months, we have used at least of dozen different Comfort Keepers caregivers to cover the various shifts, although most of the caregiving is provided by a few regulars. These people are WONDERFUL and my father is always happy to see them when they arrive. They are incredibly reliable and arrive on time ready to go. Our Comfort Keepers caregivers have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. After one particularly stressful evening, one stayed several hours late (calling me for permission first) so she could be sure my father was settled and my mother was okay and didn't leave until they both had gone to sleep. They live up to their name and truly are a comfort to both my parents. The Comfort Keepers staff has been wonderful as well. I often deal with Teresa, our Case Manager and Amanda, who handles the scheduling. They are always accessible, even on weekends. My father's needs have fluctuated quite a bit and while I have tried to avoid last minute scheduling changes, at times it couldn't be helped. When I've contacted the staff they've consistently been understanding and caring not only for my parents, but me and the stress I'm dealing with. They always make me feel better. :) We've dealt with three other caregiving companies. Two called me at the last minute and said they were sorry but they didn't have anyone available to send! What was I supposed to do then?? The third one said they could only provide help during the day because their caregivers didn't like to work in the evenings - but my father needs help in the evenings! I've never had any problems like this with Comfort Keepers, in fact, when my father first came home from the hospital, they provided caregivers for us 24 hours a days. I could go on and on about these wonderful people who have been such a blessing to my family. They simply are the best!

Well 10 minutes before my appointment I get a call from their office that they will be canceling my appointment because I wasn't there early enough to do paper work and the Practicioner had to leave early (time told she had to leave was still in my appointment time). So I drove 60 miles of my 65 mile trip to hopefully get answers only to be told sorry we can reschedule you for another couple weeks to months out. I pulled over checked my emails and texts and not ONE of the mentioned to be there 20 to 30 minutes early for paperwork nor did it get mentioned on any recorded phone calls. What a joke of an office to not only make someone wait for so long but not have the gusto to cancel the appointment for the proper reason but blaming the patient and when the patient presents fact that they didn't follow their own policy well guess what their policy just so happened to change the night before. Go figure. I should have known something like this was going to happen after I had to confirm my appointment 4 times and still getting phone calls stating I haven't confirmed minutes after confirming. This place needs some adjusting and to take patient care a little more seriously.
