I purchased two appliances over the phone and had my delivery team deliver. The fridge had dents and scratches all over it so I went to return it. They refuse to accept the return and said it was their policy. I was never told the policy over the phone order which is illegal. Went into UL this week for the first time after seeing IG advertisements. Got two new light fixtures for over our island. WE would have spent over $100 for them - but they had them for much less! Grateful for that! Phil was very helpful and informative. I brought my two girls in and while carrying the littlest one he went and got a buggy for her to ride in! So kind! I do NOT recommend buying anything in a box from these guys !!! I bought a gazebo 2 months ago and just now went to put it together it's missing the main support pieces for the roof and a main support beam is bent. I was told before I bought it everything was in the box and good to go. These people are liars and will take your money. I spent $987 on this gazebo and now I'm out that much bc they will do nothing about it bc all sales are final they said. This is plain wrong to sell and unusable gazebo. They also lied and said they told me it was missing parts why in heck would I spend that much on something missing parts and damaged!!!!! There doing nothing about this. I was sold a used item and was told "this has never happened before". I asked in the warehouse if the item was used as i noticed something in 1 of the drawers and was told it wasn't. After we got it home (ourselves since they dont offer delivery) i opened it and noticed a used smell and food remnants in the drawers. I was told i could bring the item back and swap it out or get a $50 in store credit. Swapping out a fridge isnt like bringing back a grill, we have steps at every entrance to our home and it's not feasible for my husband to do it on his own. I would never recommend anyone shop here as the risk does not outweigh the rewards. The fridge is at a great price, but what i was paying was for scratch and dent, not scratch, dented, and used. I wish i had trusted the negative reviews and steered clear. The following is from the owner, who, doesnt make phone calls, just texts, "we are sorry this happened, but you also got a fridge for under $800 that retails for almost 2700. With a free one year extended warranty, all of which comes out of our pocket and on top of that to make things right we gave you $50 of in-store credit, this to me is more than enough Bing that for clearance items like that we would normally not even do the $50 unless there is an actual problem with the fridge. And I was told by my manager that you fully inspected the fridge before taking it off I premise. And am taking your word on the fridge without asking for pictures or anything else. I hope you have a great day and a good week with the warm weather around the corner, I believe $50 in-store credit is more than enough given the price you paid for the item compared to its original retail price and if you don't think I'm not doing enough well we gave you the full option to bring it back already which you declined with excuses for all reasons why you couldn't get it done so your $50 in-store credit will be at the front behind the counter when you decide to come back. Thank you again for your purchase. Any further questions can be texted at the current number to the store manager, but the decision is final." Christian went above and BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase after having a really some really bad luck setting up my new house. The manager was also very helpful with solutions. This place is good for buying tools, I've been happy with both chainsaws, drill, and nail gun I bought there. Items like sink faucet's, curtain rods and, and ceiling fans you HAVE to check if all the parts like screws, nuts, and bolts are included. You will likely have to use your own, as they are often missing. People that return items to Home Depot don't usually return the small parts. Customer service has been great for me, but I've never had to return anything. I will definitely keep coming back for discount lightly used tools. read more

So incredibly rude the owner was to me! I parked in the handicap parking and he said to me " it must be nice to park so close!" Yes it was rude! I ignored him and when greeted by a staff member asking how I was I said that I was so insulted by this man, and I was told he's the owner and butt hurt that he had to build a ramp for disabled people? The man later came to me in the store asking if I was the person that he yelled to? He said with not much sincerity that he was sorry thinking I was someone else? I said that was so disrespectful and you never know what a person has a disability of and that I was truly offended, I believe his reply was something to the effect of get over it! I left the store and don't believe any discount is worth such disrespect and the reply is 100% a lie! I have a license plate clearly identified as disability and no others said anything besides the man I stated as owner as confirmed by employee working on the Range Rover in the parking lot! Extremely rude manager. Went to check them out. Bought a few things and brought home. One item had half the components missing and the other had mold growing on the item and in the packaging. Went back the next day to return. Was told I would only be given store credit for the item that had mold. I brought up that this is a health issue and demanded my money back for that item (the other item I was able to find a replacement). The manager refused. He told me that many people bring items back that were not purchased there to get the money back. He said "not saying you did this, but people do". I asked him to look at the item and compare it to the description on the packaging and clearly he would see it's the same item. He interrupted me, told me again the same thing. Did he think then that I was trying to pull one over on him? Really? An item valued at $14???? He said Lowe's or Home Depot doesn't allow people to return items. I called him out that that was so untrue, they have never given me an issue returning items back. We told him we would never be coming back to this store. He told me it's our loss then, not his. He has millions of customers that come in and save lots of money with him. I told him his comment made me feel all I was was a number to him and not a customer. He completely dismissed what I said, waved his hand at me and said he would be only giving us store credit. (The other item that had missing parts, I asked how this got missed as there are signs posted throughout the store that all items are checked and verified. He waved his hand and said I guess that side of the store didn't do their job right and that was it. No apology, no I'm sorry you wasted your time to come back down to get the proper parts. Nothing.) Prices are not even a significant savings. Another point he tried to make. Said we could go ahead and pay full price at Lowe's. I brought up that he had a pack of 3 lightbulbs marked at $15 for sale at his store for $9. The exact same item at Lowe's was $9 for brand new bulbs, brand new box, not a beaten up box. Absolutely no customer service. I will never go to this store again. I wish I could give this a zero instead of a one star. Extremely disappointed with this store and this manager. Oh, we walked out to place our replacement item in the car and walked back in to use the store credit right away to never have to come back again. This place has a decent variety of home improvement pieces. However, signage is very confusing and some things say 'or best offer' and some things do not. We went to offer $80 on a total of $86 and they said our things were not OBO, very rudely. Not sure how they determine pricing. I contemplated on putting everything back, because I was not about to pull out another $20 from their $4 fee ATM. Because this place is cash only. More than likely won't be back.. as I didn't think the pricing is that great to deal with rude employees that have no basis for their pricing. read more
