Regardless of the fact that we did not see this coming, extended family home care continued to bill for 2 weeks worth of services which was about 1,200+ only because they were not notified of cancelling services. We had two other home care agencies providing services and neither one of them had this unethical billing policy. On top of that, some of the caregivers did not seem to provide quality care. And also had inconsistent caregiving services, with some cancelling last minute or did not even had the right skill level to care for my mother.

If anyone knows Rocky Mountain Human Services system, the invoice is submitted for approval and once it's approved you receive a check in 5-7 business days. Rocky Mountain Human Services do not pay respite care bills within 24-48 hours of submission. This agency has bad customer service, unethical & harmful work behaviors and an unreliable employee I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
