There is room inside the vehicle for one wheelchair and four other passengers. The drivers are polite, careful with passengers and with their driving. Unlike some companies Advance will take you to your destination and wait for you to make the return ( unless of course it is a one way requirement!). They are very timely and happy to give you cell phone number for the vehicle so that you can modify arrangements if necessary or just to check on things. Both happened. One nurse didn't show up or call/text. When she was contacted, she told my MIL that she assumed the other nurse had come in her place. We knew nothing about another nurse. MIL cancelled nursing services on Good Friday by text to Jana. Yesterday, April 21, the Physical Therapist, Frank, had scheduled the appointment the week prior but he did not show up, call, text or respond to texts. MIL cancelled ALL services by text to Jana. Jana didn't really seem to care that this was happening. From previous experience with this type of service in another city, this must be the norm for the profession. Completely unacceptable.
