Wait times & experience : first time here we came with X-rays from urgent care and they said they needed to do more, come to find out they needed to do more because they were taking X-rays on a different ( wrong ) part of the body, this increased our wait time by 1 hour- since this was a child I wasn't SUPER happy about that, they blamed it on miscommunication between the admin and nurses. Offerings : they seem behind on the times. Everyone seems to offer waterproof casting but apparently they do not which is a huge disappointment. On a positive note, you can get in quickly to be seen.

But let me tell you if you need paper work to be filled out in order to go back to work after surgery get it to the office personnel ASAP because they don't get in any hurry. I was told they have 7 days to fill it out and to get it turned in. Not sure why it should take so long so for that process I give 0 stars. I had my staples taken out today by one of his PA's and she tried to keep my mind off of it by talking to me which help so I give her 5 stars. They all have great bed side manners. I don't understand why it takes so long to check out that part I give 1 star sometimes it takes longer to check out then it does to see the doctor but I like Dr Burke so I guess it is worth putting up with all of the shenanigans.
