We waited for hours to get a call and ended up calling him back to just be told we could only put it toward another bed which we didn't want to as we didn't want to spend a crazy amount on a bed any way. On Sept 18 I called the Harleysville store and explained it was no longer needed. It was not opened/ unrolled and not used. I was informed it still could not be returned. I can underbid it was used or opened but it's intact! Unfortunately, I have no need for it now. I was told the district manager would call however, I'm still waiting on that call. I called the store this morning to verify told the district manager noted on my order no return is possible. I asked why he/ she didn't call me directly as I have been waiting to speak to this person. Apparently, the district manager does not talk to customers directly. REALLY?!?! He delivers alone, I suspect, and is quite capable of doing all the work himself, but since you got a good deal on your new mattress, it would be nice to help him if you can (these are MY thoughts btw) He also takes the old mattress and box spring to dispose of, which costs about $35, same as our township, but I don't have to drag it out on big trash day. If any of the big places say they take your old mattress away for free, it isn't true. It has been two weeks since our purchase. I wanted to wait to see how my son liked it. He loves it. I slept on it for 2 nights..--tonight I wanted to return it immediately!!..the bed had a dip in it after 2 nights.... I actually pushed through for another few weeks... we couldn't take it anymore... I went into the store to see what my options were and I was told by the sales person Brittany the one that they had in the store that was to my liking will cost me an additional $600... this was absurd... We had a queen that in less than a month was collapsing in the middle. My wife weighs about 115 and I am 185. They allowed us to return for another mattress for an additional $235. Of course after I got my second Kings row from them I began to read the reviews on Kings row, they are not good. Bottom line nice people lousy mattress brand. I do think they should have offered a refund.
