Gary is the best refrigeration repair person I have ever met. When our refrigerator section got…read moretoo warm, I remembered using General Refrigeration (owned by Gary) back in 2024 when he responded quickly and was here less than 10 minutes and was able to tell us what was wrong (faulty control board) and what it would cost to replace it. He had to run to his shop for the part, but within an hour or so, it was all fixed for a fair price. Fast forward 2 years and the same refrigerator/freezer had a similar problem. Within 5 minutes, Gary diagnosed a different component that had failed (the thermostat), quoted his price (again, a fair price), and had it repaired in less than an hour. Even though he worked fast, he took the time to clear out all the ice that had accumulated behind the back wall of the freezer so it could go right back in service without delay.
