I am accusing them of several things,, False Advertising, Bad business practices, Possible Fraud and Bait and switch. We purchased in June 2025 1 Big Man Recliner ($1,000+) and in July 2025 we purchased another big guy Recliner, plus a Love Seat and a 8' x 11' Rug ($800.00). Our total for all of this furniture was $5,212.92. Now my reason for writing this review. The Love Seat is horrible. It had only been 6 weeks and the front of one side had wrinkles all the way across and down. We contacted Lazy Boy and they sent a Furniture Repair guy that have as a contract worker. The wrinkles on the one side were not fixed. We had the repair guy come out again and we have a call to Lazy Boy to have him come out again. I weigh 130 lbs...it's not like I'm huge and I also only sit on it at night maybe 2 or 3 hours. We were told that the Love Seat has bucket seats and it contours to the person who sits in it (this was told to us by the repair guy). This is the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE LOVE SEAT I HAVE EVER SAT ON. It will be a year July 8th so nothing will be under warranty. We will NEVER purchase Lazy Boy furniture again. The quality has really gone down and it's not worth the money. They do have deals though, you just have to look for them. Some times the store is hard to navigate. I believe the lion share of their business must come from contractors because it doesn't seem possible that they could sustain alone from community members and local farmers. Their landscaping offerings have some unique stuff that you don't find at larger chains. If you do find yourself unable to find a certain item don't ask the people in the back. Always ask whoever is at the check out or the associates walking around the store. There is this accounting woman who works in the back sometimes. Don't ask her anything.
