Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company. (The silver lining is that we found a small cleaning business down the street who did an outstanding job.)

I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. I explained again and asked if I needed to talk to some else about this and he hung up on me again. Pantry shelves were sticky with what appeared to be syrup, multiple cabinets contained food crumbs and hair, and there was a dark sticky spill left inside the refrigerator. Because we had not yet moved in, we inspected the home a few days later and promptly contacted the company to request a touch-up cleaning. After initially indicating they would review the matter, Molly Maid later declined to return or offer any resolution, citing the five-day delay in reporting the issues and stating there was no "intent" to leave the home dirty. I was disappointed with both the quality of the kitchen cleaning and the lack of customer service in addressing the concerns. We used Arizona Clean Pros for our move-out clean in the home we vacated and they did an AMAZING job for half the price!
