My 74 year old very PATIENT aunt went to this store because she has purchased multiple iPhones from…read morethem. Unfortunately, they do not have customer SERVICE skills. All my aunt needed was to have someone attach her iPhone to her email account. I called them specifically so they could understand her needs because she is not technology savvy. After the customer service rep said she would not do it for security reasons (EVERY phone PURCHASE I have ever made sets up your email account-- is it not private then?) Then the manager, Lindsey, said she would do me this favor once, it took her less than 1 minute to attach the email account and be done. She made me feel like we inconvenienced her, her team, her store, her entire life really. Does no one recognize anymore that it is a good idea to treat elders with respect so hopefully someone will treat your elder with kindness and respect? Lindsey made sure to tell me that her SALES reps did not have the time to take care of stupid little things while on the SALES floor. Moral of this ATT's store is we will sell it to you but forget about servicing you or taking care of you after you give us your money! HORRIBLE people!

Recently I had a laptop that out of know where started to act crazy. On its own, multiple windows…read morewould open and close. So the natural thing I thought of was maybe I have a virus. So I ran all my virus protection including Malware and it still acted crazy. I asked an I.T. guy for assistance and he did his thing and told me the computer was shot and to buy a new one. To me, that was devastating as this was a new computer. The last thing I wanted to do was buy a new computer. I ended up hopping on Yelp, went into the search area, and had it send my issue out to vendors on the site. In a short time, they responded back to me, started the dialogue, and told me what the issue would be. He broke it down in simple and easy steps. When I followed it, it was exactly what he said it would be, a bad screen. Based on that, I told him to order me a screen. When the screen came in, I was called by the technician. At the store, the tech greeted me, told me he would have the computer fixed the following day. Which is exactly what he did do. Overall I am impressed by the business and the willingness to diagnose an issue without me even giving them a cent. They were fast, gave me a warranty, and I will certainly use them in the future if the need ever arises.

I took my desktop PC to them because it had stopped loading. They told me I needed a new case. I paid a $60 fee up front that they said would apply to the invoice if I had the computer repaired. I picked up the new PC, took it home, plugged everything in, and it worked fine. Except. The next day, I noticed I had no sound. I figured it was a small adjustment of some kind and had no time to take the PC in again. About 3 weeks or a month later, I finally got tired enough of no sound to take it in to FixMyPC for repair. They called me back in a couple of hours and said the sound was working fine. When I picked the PC up, they told me my problem was because I had no speakers! I asked "isn't the speaker in the case, like my old one?" They said no, that new cases don't have speakers in them like my old one. I argued with them that they didn't sell me what they promised. The clerk said he would take it up with the boss and see if they would agree to refund me the $60. I went home, ordered speakers, installed them when they came in a day later, no problem. I waited two more days; no credit on my cc. I went in to the store and explained to the clerk the situation. He said he'd check it out and have someone call me. Got a call later that afternoon. NO REFUND. I told them it was their fault. He still refused to credit me the $60. I contacted AMEX to dispute the charge. AMEX is handling it now. I believe they had a change in management at the store, since the guy who refused to refund the charge is new - as is the clerk.
