I…read moredon't have great phones very much and I usually don't need services very much of other individuals but each time that I have upgraded over the last 10 years I have gone to this location and I have been treated very well by the younger generation who works there. They treat senior citizens with respect and they take their time to explain things so we can understand properly and make good decision decisions. This past week was no different. My wife and I walked to upgrade our iPhone 12 Pro to the 17 Pro and the good individuals of this location easily able to explain the best plans for us and within an hour we were upgraded and out of the shop. In today's world, it's not always easy to find younger people with empathy and understanding of some of your constraints, possibly. Wireless zone has taken care of us tremendously well over the years and granted not everything is perfect but really what is perfect.? I will continue to patronize wireless zone. They take good care of their customers for the most part.

Although I've done several upgrades at the Summit location, I will no longer patronize that location/owner. Not only was I being charged $25 for a SIM card that already comes with the phone, I was told I was getting free accessories. This too came out to be false information. I paid for all the accessories I received. Conveniently, the printer was always broken which I find hard to believe, so I never received a receipt. I'm not sure if the employees are pocketing the extra money or not. Their actions are fraudulent and it's bad business. I've called customer service and there's not much that can be done at this point through them, however I will be contacting the corporate office because this is unacceptable.

The guy who attended us was rude from the start -- no greeting, no kindness, and it was obvious he didn't want to help. He even made a face when I approached his station, like he didn't want to do his job. His attitude completely ruined our visit. What makes it worse is that this wasn't the first bad experience with him -- my parents also had issues at this same store, where one of their phones ended up completely locked because of the same guy. Clearly, this location has a serious customer service problem. We left and went to another MetroPCS store at 10045 Belvedere Rd Ste 1, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, and the experience there was the complete opposite -- the staff was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was done correctly. I will never go back to this location and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. The tiny, rude guy working on Sunday at 3:00 pm (alongside a woman) should not be representing the brand.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went in to Techy this afternoon as the back of my iphone was cracked due to an old and bad battery. I went in to Lamar who told me he could fix it no problem as well as replace the battery. While he was taking down my information, I received a phone call and Lamar heard the entire conversation and knew my phone was working just fine - there were no problems with the phone itself, just the cracked back. When I went to pick it up three hours later, it was NOT WORKING AT ALL. I asked Lamar for help several times and he told me he was too busy. I left the store and then went back in and demanded he look at it. He told me it was my carrier, I knew it was NOT the carrier as it was working just fine as I said. I ran quickly to Xfinity in the same plaza and at first they said it was not working because I had no Sim card, (Lamar removed the SIM card and did not put it back) so I ran back over and Lamar swore he did not touch the Sim card. I went back to xfinity and they were kind enough to give me a new SIM card but the phone would not work at all. They said they had never seen all the error messages, they called their top guy in to help me and he could not fix anything, he called HQ and said that TECHY definitely broke my phone and the only hope I have is the apple store. I went back to TECHY and again LAMAR would NOT look at my phone and told me I was crazy and he did not touch the card or do anything to my phone. Um, why is it now broken? I am now home at 8pm with no phone, no back up phone and will go to apple first thing in the morning. I am so upset, I should have gone to APPLE in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE - they are extremely incompetent and RUDE. I can not believe they get any good reviews. I just went in and re read the reviews and apparently I am not the only one whose phone they broke. Read the bad reviews before the good ones, I wish I had. Super nice person helped us and checked to make sure she had the correct screen in stock. She did and said it would be $99, take 35 minutes and would come with a free screen protector. We agreed and came back 35 minutes later and she was just finished testing it to make sure everything worked.
