No, I just drove up to pickup and then Britanny came out to deliver the item - already put together! Unfortunately, it was an inch too big to fit in the CRV. Britanny quickly removed the side panels and pulled the handle's cotter pin to shorten it, too, and the cart then fit just right into the CRV! Britanny was very patient throughout all this, even though it was a windy day and cold. She's a kind, hardworking young person. A professional and a great rep for TSC. Such a positive experience; I'll be sure to check out TSC again!

Not only that's but tractor supply will not allow me to review the product on their website with a negative review. They keep giving me reasons why they have to moderate it then they finally just stopped allowing me to even try to post the review.
