Awesome place to visit. Bold choice to make wines from only hybrids but they smash it out of the park. Combined with a fun atmosphere, cool decor, an excellent outdoor seating area, and a great staff this place is a must visit. Best winery in the Berkshires and such a short drive. Don't be fooled by the NY address it is literally seconds from the border. The Steuben wine is the best but like any quality proper winery it makes new wine every year so it is worth checking out again and again. read more

This place was so cool. Talked to the owner Peter and his girlfriend Susan for a long time. Don't let the look of the place fool you. They own the land it used to be a working farm and he now makes wine there. They have entertainment and food certain nights. He also sells local baked goods. The grounds are pretty. Definitely go in he treats everyone as if he has known you for a long time. You can visit some of the animals he has on the property. We met Miss Montana who unfortunately is going to be turned into dinner and breakfast food. Then they will raise another piglet after her. read more

Home Range Winery is a gem in the heart of the Berkshires! The wines surprised me in the best way -- they have some that sounded experimental that turned out to be yummy, tart, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. The setting is just as memorable, with a beautiful tasting garden, a music stage, and wide-open grounds that make you want to stay awhile. On my visit, a food truck was serving fresh oysters (Scott shucks!) that paired perfectly with the wine and lovely folk-Indie music. I also stayed overnight through Harvest Hosts (on their farmland in my camper trailer), and waking up on their farmland was picturesque and peaceful! read more

First time here and ordered a flight tasting for $15. Wines were weren't as sweet compared to other wineries. The seasonal raspberry and blueberry wines were really good Very laid back with a country band playing. The winery is located on the homestead, so you will see various livestock including goats, pigs, ducks and chickens. Indoor and outdoor seating either on the deck or in the grass with picnic tables. Bring your own food, but they have small bags of various bar snacks (chips, pretzels, donuts) There is an *eclectic* single bathroom, which isn't your typical bathroom. read more

This place was very cool. A good selection of homemade wine. The owners were really cool. They shared details Of their business and even gave one of us a tour of the cellar. They had a great food truck that served amazing grilled cheese and cheese covered fries. Plus animals. Dogs, goats, and mounted animals of various types. Recommend. read more

My husband and I made a pit stop here on our way back from a trip to New York and we will definitely be back. The owners and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and the wines I tried were delicious. I recommend the Red Tailed Rose. If you don't drink wine there are alternative beverages including beer and soda or seltzer. My husband likes wine but passed on the tasting and was very pleased with the orange seltzer he was offered. During the tasting the owner told us about the greenhouses and animals on the property so afterwards we took a walk around and met the pigs and the goats. When I say coming here felt like returning home, it would be an understatement. This small, family run winery had the best wine we tasted during our trip. They had fruit wine made from fresh blueberries and raspberries that were legitimately one of the most delicious things I'd ever tasted. Their dogs were adorable and sweet, charming guests with their puppy dog eyes and affection (don't feed the dogs!). They were so incredibly accommodating and hospitable, we didn't want to leave! I was so glad to run across the Yelp review otherwise I would have missed this gem! On a dreary Sunday afternoon drive thru the Berkshires. Easy off the highway this charming well kept eclectic nod to a family farm has a little something for everyone! A working farm- yes You can by eggs(chicken and duck)and veggies during the season. The vineyard is across the street! The tasting room is the renovated family barn- clean and so many fun nostalgic items for the curious eye. The owners Peter and Susan are knowledgeable and open like your old friends. They are also quick to acknowledge neighboring craft breweries and wineries in the spirit of networking Everything was covid safe and they have outdoor seating and heaters chickens, ducks,pigs coming next. The wine flights are reasonable and Serve with a nut assortment or crackers They even had a few chocolates with the dessert type of wines. This was a lovely afternoon and we walked away with a bottle of wine I would definitely go back when the weather was a little nicer maybe enjoy some of the food truck and entertainment. read more

Last Saturday my sister, brother-in-law, my wife and I went for wine tasting. There was a sign at the counter offering wine tasting, coffee and water. My brother-in-law wanted to order coffee. The waiter at the counter was extremely rude and mocked my brother-in-law when he said he wanted coffee. The waiter said "COFFEE!? COFFEE! WE ARE NOT A COFFEE SHOP" making fun in front of all customers, embarrassing us. We ordered wine tasting including 4 different wines. After you done with the first batch you come for the second and the same for third and forth. They poured the wine in the same glass without even rinsing the glass and/or changing for a new glass that you can taste the wine. If I have an option, I will have 0 star. I would not recommend this place. read more

We couldn't be more grateful for the fantastic hospitality Peter and Susan extended to us at their winery. It was almost embarrassing how much the two sought to make sure we had a good time. We'd broken down down the road and ended up staying on the grounds in our 5th wheel while waiting for repairs. These two hosts made us feel right at home though shaken by the circumstances. Neighborhood regulars, passersby, and travelers all listened to live music; had wine tasting, and pleasant conversation. This is a Harvest Host venue so if you're a member don't hesitate to stop and patronize this establishment. You won't meet two friendlier people. read more

We were very pleasantly surprised by our visit to this vineyard. The wine was great with the Rose among the best We have ever had. Even better it was right off the highway and plenty of space for young children to roam around. Our kids really enjoyed looking at the pigs and chickens. Stumbled upon this place while driving on rte 22. What an awesome place. Came in a Friday and sat on the deck and listened to a jazz trio playing. Weather was perfect wine was very good and the grounds are really nice. Plenty of room to lounge. There a deck with a canopy and plenty of 'em seating on the lawn behind the main building. Place is also a Harvey Host, so if you belong, you can bring your RV and stay overnight. read more
