During that time, I had to remain in the apartment under those conditions. When I moved in, I was informed that the internet, gas, electricity, and water were all active. However, it took about 10 days for the internet connection to be fully activated. As a result, we were unable to use the television for a while, and my daughter had difficulty completing her school assignments. Most recently, when I went to the Student Enrollment Office to register my daughter for high school, I was asked to provide a copy of the ID of the authorized person named on the lease agreement. Although both the office staff and I contacted the company by phone to explain the situation, the requested document was not provided in time. Consequently, I had to leave without completing the process. Additionally, I was not feeling well that day and had to wait for an extended period. These experiences have been quite stressful for me. For this reason, I have informed the company that I do not plan to renew my lease when it expires. I hope service processes can be improved in the future so that other tenants do not face similar challenges.

Then they charge you $30 for trash but don't have valet. you pay them $30 to take your own trash out. Again I been there for 3 years the utility bill bill has always been $40-45 and trash use to be $5. Now im moving out and they charged $200 dollars for water, sewer and trash when I moved out in July and turned my keys in August . It is a scam.

Think she might've had a lot on her plate? Me too. And yet, she took the time to listen patiently to my needs - even asking a few questions to clarify certain points - prior to letting me know her company no longer provided management services. You're wondering why she would do that, right? I mean, why just not tell me that wasn't what they did and wish me good luck? That's what every other company did. But, nope, I had come upon a real professional and, beyond that, a kind human being. Hannah gave me the name and number of a top-notch property management company and even sent me a follow up email regarding the referral. She also personally called the property management company and sent them an email as well. Talk about customer service! "Please let me know how it goes, Robin. I'm here for you." Read that sentence again and realize this woman wasn't getting a sale or commission of any kind. Let that sink in. As things would have it, the initial referral didn't go as planned. Once again, I phoned Hannah. Once again Hannah patiently took the call despite Ian being on her doorstep at that point. Hannah researched other options for me while she was AT HOME DURING A HURRICANE. I mean, it's ridiculous. But she felt that much of a need to make sure we were okay. I know, I know, I'm shaking my head as well. A second conversation between her and another property manager. A second phone conversation with me. More emails. The whole level of human kindness is beyond. When was the last time YOU got that level of service anywhere? And, remember, the woman wasn't even getting paid. Are you kidding me??? We're good to go with this second property management company all due to Hannah. It's the best fit for us right now, given the economy. But hear me loud and clear - if we decide to sell this home after the rental is up next year, there will be no other Realtors to get our business than TCC. NONE. These are the type of people you want working with you. Decent. Kind. Professional. You're in good hands with these folks, folks. Look no further.
