When the job was done, the three men sent by Lowe's did a good job. Getting the appointment was very quick, however, they were scheduled to arrive between 8-10 and showed up at 11:30. I had a storm door installed, and no fault of the installers, Lowe's gave them the wrong door. Lowe's even put the wrong information on my order sheet. I called Lowe's and immediately spoke to the manager and corrected the problem. The installers went right back to Lowe's, picked up the correct door and returned in less than an hour. If you want your home project to go from bad to worse this is your guy to call. HRH was hired 3rd party by Lowes to do our kitchen renovation. Never ever in all my years of doing various home renovations have I ever run into such a horrible experience. I won't waste my time with the details however I will say that the "nail in the coffin" for firing this less than competent company was when they sent their least experienced guy up on my roof to install the vent for the stove hood. If I could provide a lesser rating, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Home Run Handyman was contracted to install two entry doors and sent an incompetent crew to attempt the job. The installers left my home after they damaged a brand new door, left exposed nails in the woodwork, installed handles upside down, failed to caulk and complete finish work, damaged surrounding woodwork, and damaged a garage light when they rested the door up against it. I also had to provide some of my own tools to the crew that showed up because they couldn't complete the work with the tools they had! Several attempts to contact the business were made with no return call or attempt to address the outstanding issues. They are quick to take your money and screw the job up! read more

I couldn't agree more with Alyssa G. Amazing to me the similiarity in experience. HRH was contracted by Lowes to complete three bathroom remodels. The incompetence is shocking and the work performed so bad I have to have someone else come in and demo the master shower and rebuild it in order to remediate water leaks and puddling. In addition during the build-out the workers neglected to put down protective drop clothes on the upstairs carpet resulting in it being completely destroyed. I now have to replace it.... Strongly suggest anyone considering hiring HRH to reconsider. read more

please dont waste your time. I had a door installed and i called them two weeks ago and told them it woudl not shut and they have not retuned any calls since. we are looking into taking legal action because they refuse to return any phone calls. I have since found out that I am not the only person they have done this to. what a shame read more

I can't speak for their work, but I can speak about the experience. We were getting renovations and thought it was going to be done by Lowe's, but Lowe's hired Home Run Handy Man Via 3rd party. The work was supposed to be finished in two weeks and for the first week things seemed fine, but then everything went to you know what !! Week two, the guys no showed for a few days and were behind schedule but said by they'd be finished by Monday, Tuesday the latest. Tuesday came and there were some unexpected fixes but they weren't a huge deal and the owner said they'd be done by the end or the week. At the end of the week still not done, just more excuses for why they couldn't finish. Basically every time they said they'd be done in a few days, that meant another week. After nearly two months of fumbles, excuses, constant no shows, and the owner never returning our call we wanted to know what was going on and why this job that was supposed to be a few weeks has taken nearly 2 months?? We called Lowe's and they pretty much had no answers. So we pretty much asked Home Run Handyman to finish up as best they could by the end of the week and take a hike. If you get any work done from Lowes and they use Home Run Handyman, ask for somebody else. If you don't you'll get what their name says a Handyman and not anything close to a contractor. read more

this company is a joke they pulled no plumbing permits. they did every thing in my 100 square foot kitchen 2 and 3 times floor 3 times ,ceiling twice,cabinets 1-3 times. a 6 week install took 4 months.this is after showing up 4 weeks late.lowes contractor ,lowes does nothing to help you. they also cut out my plumbing and stuck a paper towel in it, al i could smell was sewer gases when i found it they were not worried at all.i had to explain to them that hydrogen sulfide kills and methane is explosive.save yourself the horror do not hire.they also never come when they say they will. and never got a final inspection from the town even though lowes assured me he had. read more
