Home Run Pet Care took care of my pets while we were away. They came twice a day, at my request, and fed them breakfast and dinner. They provided companionship and comfort while we were gone. Each visit lasts about 30 minutes. I found the cost to be very reasonable. Tami is just wonderful. She has pets of her own and also works with the animal rescue group, so she is very compassionate toward animals and just loves them. She took great care of my dogs, feeding them just as I had instructed. They love to play together and love an audience and she sent me texts every visit to tell me what they were up to. She could also send photos, but I do not have a phone that does photos. I imagine that would be a wonderful comfort for those who do. We got detained out of town and all I had to do was text Tami and request that she take care of them for one extra day. She reponded immediately and assured me that it was no problem and that she would take care of my dogs as long as necessary. I love my dogs as if they are my children and would strongly recommend Home Run Pet Care to anyone who needs this type of service. This company gets an A+++++++ from me! We have known Tami for a few years now, and we always count on her to take care of our 2 dogs and check on our house when we are out of town. We began using the service during a really stressful period where my husband had shoulder surgery, and our youngest dog had knee surgery in the same month. Tami was (and still is) amazing with both of the dogs. We moved 20 miles outside of their service area last year year. I wasn't sure if she would be able to take care of our girls when we are out of town, but as always, she found a way to make it work. Due to our location, it did cost us $40.00 per visit, but it was worth every penny. She brought in our mail and several large boxes that were delivered. She sent us pictures of the girls every visit and provided an update via text to let us know how well the dogs were doing and when she had brought in a delivery. Both of our dogs have different health issues, and she makes sure each one gets their meds. They love her, and I would recommend (and already have recommended) Tami and HRPC to anyone looking for dog walking or dog sitting/ house sitting services. read more

I can not say enough good things about this service! We were in quite a pickle, as we knew we needed some pet-care and hadn't even moved to Nashville yet. We were arriving with all our things and then almost immediately leaving for 6 days. Marge was so helpful arranging our sitter and helping us get accommodated to the area, including offering recommendations for vets. She encouraged us to do a "meet and greet" with our sitter before we went out of town, two days after we moved into our house. Penny, our sitter, was incredible. From the second she walked into our house, she engaged with our cats and was knowledgable, fun and affectionate with them. I think our favorite part of the experience was getting photos throughout our vacation of our cats, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. We were really worried about leaving the cats in an unfamiliar setting after a long move, but Home Run Pet Care took amazing care of our animals and put us at ease. Everything went extremely well! I had so much peace of mind knowing my cats were in great hands! I met with Tami a few days before I left so she would be familiar with my cats' routine. She even offered to turn lights on and off for me as well as pick up my mail! I feel as though that is going above and beyond! I surely didn't expect Tami to offer to do that! While I was gone I received text message pictures and updates every day to know how my cats were doing! I came home to happy cats!! I was charged $25 per visit. I have two cats, and on their website they say the price of the visit doesn't change for number for cats in your home. This felt like added value to me!! This included feeding, scooping the litter boxes, playtime and snuggles. They did a fantastic job! Next time I'm out of town, even for a weekend, I will definitely call Home Run Pet Care! We have be using Home Run Pet Care for about a year and a half, and we absolutely love them! They have always taken care of our golden retriever as if he was their own. Every time we head out of town and come back, he is just the happiest dog! We call it "Summer Camp" because we know that while we are away he is not only taken care of, but he is also exercised properly. When he was a puppy (before he got all of his shots), they would come into our home and do a potty/play session with him in our backyard. Once he got all his shots, then they would take him on his 30 minute walks. I trust them completely not only with our dog, but with coming into our home, which is why some people hesitate with getting this kind of service. Just used Home Run for the first time, this would be are first time using a service to watch are pets normally we have a friend come stay with them. Now that we used them I think this is the way to go. I have 4 dogs which need to get out of the house and play! Tami sent great pictures also they leave a card letting you know when they came and fed,watered, and played with your pups also checked to see if we made it home which was really sweet!!!! We used this service for the first time last week when we went away on vacation. The experience was wonderful. We'll never board our cats again. Tami was awesome! She came to our home on our predetermined days and not only took very good care of our cats, but also brought our mail and newspapers in. Tami sent texts and pictures after her visits, which gave us peace of mind knowing our cats were being taken care of in their own home while we were away.. Tami from Home Run Pet Care took great care of our energetic cat over the span of 4 days, visiting twice a day. She made sure that Lucy always had fresh water, food, a clean litter box, and played together for 30 minutes at a time. She always texted and sent pictures letting us know how Lucy was doing. Tami offered to take out the trash if needed and to bring in the mail. She applied Lucy's monthly anti-flea medication and was always responsive to any messages. We absolutely love HRPC! Tami always takes great care of our four fur babies. We have two shepherds and two mini-doxies....Tami always makes sure they each get the correct food and meds, if applicable. We love getting pictures of our pets while we are away on vacation or stuck working late. We also appreciate being able to call on HRPC for last minute/emergency coverage if needed. I've never needed dog walking services before, but I"m in the middle of moving and really needed some help. They have made the transition great.
