Well, that was just me this past holiday weekend when I needed to hire Leash on Command to help me get my dogs out several times each day over the holiday. The amount of hours I was putting in at work was not going to afford me the time my dogs deserve, but we've got a solution! Leash on Command! The entire operation is fantastic. The site and mobile app make it VERY easy to schedule (or cancel) walks of varying times/dates, etc. But lets get down to the most important part...the walkers. I was assigned two sisters (Catherine and Natalie) that were clutch. They were SO nice. They both immediately gave me a good feeling about my choosing to leave my Jasmine and Sweetie in the hands of a couple of strangers. Strangers they did not feel to be at all. Just so nice and genuine. Both dogs took to the girls instantly! They are out completing their 8th or 9th walk this weekend as I type this, and I know everyone is going to miss everyone until the next appointment is set! Common sense would say - if you have to remove a lock, make sure you put it back on. Multiple times my dogs (even rescue fosters) have gotten out, one time resulting in an injury (if i were home we would have checked, which is how we caught the last 2 times before they got injured). Look, if you don't have high risk circumstances then they are moderately good. I think that they do mediocre overall on getting the poop (some do well, some don't). The owner is a doll, and I can't blame her - you can't handhold your workers, especially when there's turnover and its difficult to staff. With that said, if someone keeps forgetting you find someone else, and if you can't you don't add customers. It seems logical to me. ​

I had a camera on so I was able to watch (when I had the chance). Throughout the week, my pets were neglected. Did not show up when she was supposed to. Left my pets for hours and hours. I was very upset. Seeing more recent 1-star reviews does not surprise me. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews. They are the most recent very accurate. All of the 5-star reviews are from when the previous owners of Good Mojo owned the business. Abby is not responsible, full of excuses and I would never trust her or her crew with my pets. Grace has been a godsend for us and our dog. We adopted a rescue that has severe resource guarding…read moreissues and had not been socialized with people nor dogs. He's a unique dog, and for a while we weren't sure we would ever find someone who could effectively and safely handle him, but Grace was able to not only speak his language - but also safely integrate him into walks with other dogs and help muzzle train him. She quickly became his favorite person and was one of the only people he trusted. Grace went beyond the walks and basic training and would sometimes ask if she could take him overnight to get him used to being around different dogs (hers) and people. He always loves these sleepover and has learned to better read other dogs and communicate as a result. Our boy has come a long way, and we owe so much of that to Grace and Lucky Dog!

This turned out to be the perfect place for our dog. Jeff and Grace keep great control over the animals, and keep the numbers way down. Our dog was unsure of herself for the first day or so, but quickly joined the pack because I believe she felt very safe at this place.
