I texted after 2 hrs asking where they were & they didn't respond until after noon (4 hrs later) saying they'd had car trouble. Our family just bought a brand new Subaru Forester and took to the snow...when we came back it looked less than brand new despite less than 1k miles on the Sub. Boy did he make me feel guilty for sleeping in because when I woke up I was presented with another brand new Subaru...talk about getting more done than most people get done in a day before noon! But the convenience of at-home service was a bonus. We scheduled an appointment with about a week's notice. He arrived around 830am and was finished by 1230pm. Only needed access to water and electricity. The car looks great. I was surprised to find that even the inside wheel barrels were cleaned. That couldn't have been easy to reach. I just posted it on craigslist for sale (its a metallic blue Corvette Z06). Seeing how the car turned out, I wish I'd gotten the detail sooner, when I actually drove the thing.
