He rescheduled twice, then showed up at 7:00PM the day he was supposed to do the job. He showed up with his girlfriend and his 20 year old economy car with the trunk stuffed full of tools. He is not personable at all and I suspect may have a few "issues." I let him do his thing because I had a tenant ready to move in. When I arrived the next day it looked like a 3rd grader finger painted the sink and tub then threw sand in it. Shawn stated that he could't control the dirt that blew out from under the sink faucet when he sprayed. Well, that was his first shot at insulting my intelligence. Yes you can, you blow it out with a blow nozzle first. After promising to fix it and sand and buff the tub he made it look "OK." However, before re-caulking and replacing the drains he insisted to be paid. I told him to finish the job! He did what he needed to do and I was glad to get rid of him and not have to deal with this crackhead. Well, 10 months later and the sink is cracking out and 3/4 of the tub finish has peeled off and my tenants have to keep their kids from eating the acrylic chips when they bathe them! I attempted to contact Shawn several times and no response. I am hiring a different company to fix his mess. The only way Davis Brothers obtained a a 5.0 rating is obviously through fraud.

It turned out the next day he was in a very bad accident and his vehicle was totaled! He obviously wasn't able to come, but he still went above and beyond and researched a very hard to find faucet that I needed as well as looked into finding an alternative service repair company for me. Dean was able to finish it in about 7 hours BY HIMSELF which shocked us because we had 4 people put the frame together over 2 days. He was reasonably priced per hour compared to others who's whole business is to put pre-fabs together, yet wanted to charge their full price for BS reasons they claimed as potential "quality" or "liability" issues when half of the job was already put together. A masked staff was directed to the two areas in our house. He asked to turn off the main water source. He immediately got to work on one of the faucets. Darrin took less than 2 hours to get both faucets and they look great! He was polite and efficient. The new plungers work differently now and he informed us of this. Great service! We met with Chuck and when he first came out to do the original estimate, he measured everything, and talked through finish options with us and was very detailed during the process. Charles and Philip came out to spray the cabinets and they were very nice and careful while working inside the house. They were also always on time which was really appreciated. The installation process of putting the doors back on only took about a day to finish. We also had a few drawer tracks that were broken and Tim fixed those so they now open and slide very easily. Overall, we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. We will definitely be working with them again later on this year to finish our laundry room and bathrooms!
