They transformed my tiny galley kitchen-- with no dishwasher, almost no counter space, and cramped cabinets-- into a big, beautiful kitchen with a huge island, dishwasher, range hood, cabinets, and drawers galore, an inviting space to which guests are drawn to gather. I look forward to cooking and baking more than ever because everything is easier-- even cleaning up, because there is a place for everything, even the trash, all hidden from sight. It feels like they added an extra room without taking up any space-- the place looks and feels bigger. Charlie got the ball rolling, coming over to give me what a I considered a very fair estimate, measure the space, and discuss with me at length what I hoped to achieve. He recommended Marc with AMC Granite & Cabinetry to help me nail down the layout and provide the beautiful maple cabinets and granite countertops. The tile work was exceptional. My concept for the backsplash was not exactly conventional, but tile master Mike was willing to help me figure out how to pull it off. Mike is also a master plumber, and Joe a master electrician, so it's one stop shopping: They take care of everything. The work area was neatly sectioned off with plastic, so no dust got into the rest of my living space. Pro Bros broke all the stereotypes of contractors who don't communicate, don't show up, etc. The lines of communication were always open, they showed up when promised, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done in the agreed-upon time frame. The workmanship was top notch, the cost fair and reasonable. Brothers Mike, Joe and Charlie, and their entire crew, were all professional, personable, and considerate of my time and space. It was a pleasure having them around and I absolutely love the results. I'd give them 11 out of 10 stars if I could. And I can't wait until they redo my bathroom!

I wasn't looking for a new roof, my roof has 15 years on it and still have 5-10 more years to go…read more One of their sales person came knocking at my door one day, I was transparent that I was not looking to change my roof near term but he insisted on doing a no-commitment inspection which I ended up agreeing to to stay informed when the time comes to replace it in a few years. On the day of the inspection was when things went downhill. The impression I ended up getting is that they are trying to fool people with their clean cut sales team. I can see why many people would fall for that, instead of doing their due diligence as homeowners. The sales person, aka, inspector, from the beginning started saying things that didn't make much sense from the few things I know of roofing and was pushy in a polite way. I decided to just go with it and hoped he would be done soon with the sales pitch and would go straight into matter. But things just kept getting more frustrating. It reached the boiling point when he said I needed to change my roof in the next year because there was mold on it (a shingle or two have a bit on them on a shady side of the house) and became aggressively pushy about that. Are they taking customers for stupid that don't even know how to do a search on Google or YouTube to validate their word? I had seen that mold before, and no, there is no need to change a roof just because of mold on it. That is completely normal on asphalt roof that is not new on a shady side. It should be kept clean but alone is not a reason for a roof replacement like he was insisting. I know you are trying to make a sale but that is just straight up dishonest. And after more than an hour listening to so much and innumerable eye rolls from my side, their sales person is incapable of providing an estimate range based on their other works for similar sized homes, he basically gave me a few websites links that provides estimates (customer-centric and transparency anyone?! I wasn't even asking for a quote). I got lot of reason why I shouldn't use this company, that was the bigger take away.
