I paid for a wash on the company's app and they provided a barcode to use when I arrived. Great....saves a step when I get there. Only problem is the attendant then tells me I owe a dollar. He claims their location has a different price. I am not impressed since I specifically picked this location on the website. The attendant eventually let me go through for the website price but how dumb is this policy? That all being said it was a pretty good wash. Didnt get all the bugs off the front bumper so I wish they had a prewash area where I could have soaped that area up. read more

Even though the personnel are nice, whom ever designed the wash made a huge error. They put the top brush, the one that brushes your hood and roof, at the end of the wash AFTER your car is rinsed off. This means that the brush is rolling over your hood and roof with no soap on them and doesn't remove dirt and bugs., especially from your windshield. The top brush needed to be installed to roll over them BEFORE the car is rinsed off then dried. At 67 years old this car wash is the worst ever i have used. read more

Truck came out just as dirty as when it went in, all this machine does is beat the hell out of your vehicle and leave it dirty. Once I saw how dirty it still was I went back to ask if they could use a pressure washer or something to get it clean. After being told that I would have to use their broom and bucket and spot-clean it myself, I decided that ten bucks for the cheapest exterior wash they offer was in fact a rip off. If I have to stand there getting wet and dirty washing my own car, I can do that at home without spending $10. Manager is a real moron as well. Plenty of other choices around! Oh and the moron manager states that the owner would never allow him to spray a pressure washer onto your car, meanwhile this antiquated brush system beats the shit out of your paint and does not even get it clean! Please share. On 5/13/16 - One of the Home Team Car Wash employees that dries the cars scratched my new paint job on both sides of my front fenders with his belt buckle. When I told the asst. manager about the damage, his response was that the belts are part of there uniforms and they have to wear them (nice response). He then took a report and said that the manager would call me. (They also scratched the brand new car next to mine!) So 4 days later when I didn't hear from the manager, I called. NO offer to repair my car, but he did offer me a month of free car washes! Can you believe they scratched my car no apology or offer for repair (and who knows how many others have been scratched) and they think I would come back for a month of car washes! If I could give a Zero I would. On 3/29/18 my wife took our 2016 Chevrolet Equinox to your 22nd Ave North carwash. As she was at the end of the run something from your machine tore the front bottom half of the bumper off. My wife proceeded to complain and to get information on filling a claim and was told that home team isn't responsible for damage to our vehicle. I looked at your disclaimer and it says nothing about damaged BODY parts. Just mud flaps, mirrors, antennas,or after market parts. This is a permanent part of the car. The staff " managers" were very rude and unhelpful it was like oh well your lose we don't care. I will be making a complaint to the BBC, contacting legal action, cancelling my membership that we have been a monthly member since that establishment and the one in Pinellas Park since they opened. I will be launching a notice on all the social media sites. All because of this one incident that was handled so unprofessionally. I have seen numerous incidents with damage to other customers cars, and only one I have seen that was offered free car washes, really. We have gone through your car wash locations hundreds of times with several different vehicles with no problems. This particular car is still brand new and never has had ANY body damages or scratches. Hopefully you will do the right thing and fix my car. No biggie. I came into you business with an undamaged car and left with half a front bumper removed because of your machine.As you can see from my pictures that we take care of our car and was in excellent condition until today's incident. This car was bought brand new with 14 miles on the odometer and has never been in an accident or has had ever had body work done to it. Im not saying that you machine malfunctioned I'm saying that somehow your machine grabbed it from the passenger side may it a string from the rotation of the cleaning mechaniziom or something. It wasn't loose before the wash started and after looking at our dash cam we know exactly when it happened. And that was just before the car was to exit the lane. You can clearly see when the wheel guides help push the car forward before the car is put into gear and leave. You should do the right thing and offer to repair the damage you facility has caused. I have seen numerous complaints about you facility service on the BBC and you do nothing. Including a car and the car next to him being scratched by a belt buckle worn by one of your employees that was drying off the car. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A friend took his truck here to get it washed. One of the brushes moved his truck while it was going through. Afterwards he got out and checked his truck only to find out that his hood wouldn't open. He tried talking to the workers there at the time but they were no help, just young kids that didn't know how to handle the situation. My friend contacted the manager the next day, however he wasn't professional and tried to be misleading. He gave him the run around. For everyone's knowledge, they record all the vehicles that go through the place. Once the manager finally returned his phone call, the manager said that he couldn't find my friends car on the video and they don't keep the video for months. However this happened only 3 days ago. And the complaint was filed that day. Here are the multiple excuses that he told my friend: 1.They wouldn't cover any damage to cars that were older than 10 years. 2. His machines aren't capable of damaging the vehicle like my friend was stating. 3. There was is now no footage of the truck through the car wash. 4. The damage wasn't covered because their machine didn't malfunction or mess up any other vehicles. This place isn't worth anyone else's money or time. Please don't go here! read more

Worst car wash ever! Went there yesterday morning and my vehicle came out with a bent license plate, 90* bent!, as was another vehicle's plate all bent up I saw in the parking lot, and I was missing a leg end off of my roof rack, ripped it right off (I heard it happening). All the 100's of car washes I've been thru with this vehicle, I've never had a problem like this. Now it's going to cost me upwards of $60. Never again at ANY Home Team Car Wash!!! Stay Away!!! Went to the new one that opened on West Bay. It was terrible! No one drys your car, No one sprays the front of the car before it goes in the wash area. I purchased the $15 "Better Wash" and there was still dirt on the doors and the front of the car (by the grill and below) didn't look washed much less like it just came out of a car wash. This place is the absolute worst. The problems start at the top where the owner Eric is completely disengaged and dishonest. They offered "discount" coupons for their propane that had the everyday price on them. They use well water on your vehicles to save money. Many of the additional services that cost extra do not fire. The employees are poor, but are treated worse. They hire school age kids and work them long hours while denying lunch breaks. It's criminal. The "General Manager" Paul is a train wreck. He was promoted because he could fix the equipment. He has no management, multi-unit or customer service experience whatsoever...and it is obvious. He is a joke, and not a funny one. I have overheard employees and managers joking about damage done to vehicles. Make no mistake, multiple cars are damaged daily. Look in the corners of the wash when you are loaded. Chances are you will see a stack of antenna's, mirrors and assorted parts that have been ripped off that day. Good luck getting compensated for damages, it does not happen. read more
